Very good experience, VWFS will now be my go-to place whenever I need to rent a car.

Really good service and rentals good value for nearly new cars. Steve Jones as the Rental Manager was very customer oriented and focused and is a credit to their business. Would definitely use again if needed!

'Putting the customer first' is often aspired to by individuals and companies alike. Steve Jones is an individual who delivers that ethos on behalf of VWFS Rent-a-Car. His attention to detail and planning was central to our changing needs over a challenging pre Xmas and New Year period when we needed a suitable replacement vehicle for our Tiguan Allspace which had suffered a cambelt failure. Where he couldn't get like for like, Steve got as close as possible and when we really needed a 7-seat Tiguan Allspace to get our family to Heathrow for a long haul flight to Australia, he delivered again!

The salesman who met me in the showroom was very polite and made it an easy process to rent a car for the day.
The car was in great condition and nice to drive, i was shown how to use all the tech and set up the navigation system.
Even when I returned he asked how my day was before talking about the car. I will recommend and use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic service from Steve at Hedge End. Couldn't have been more helpful.

He talked me through the features of the car on pick-up, including how to set up maps on Android Auto. He even gave me a lift down the road on drop-off as it looked like rain. It was only a two minute drive but saved me from getting soaked on the walk back to work!
