The customer service we received from Megan Sedgwick at VW was excellent.
I arrived earlier than planned to pick up the car but the vehicle was already prepared. The paperwork was easy to understand and complete.
I arrived during a heavy rain storm but Megan braved the weather as she wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and fully understood the controls and features of the car.
The car ( a Golf ) was also excellent and drive without issue. There was also the emergency number available if required.
Returning the car was also simple.

VWFS Rent a car at liverpool was a 5 star service start to finish. I had a rental booked in with enterprise which had been cancelled 1hr before due to collect. After googling i came across VWFS and they had me in a car within the hour. Megan who dealt with me was nothing short of fantastic and looked after me. Due to the service provided and the quality of the vehicle i have used them since and is now my only go to choice for a rental. Thanks megan couldn't recommend use enough 👍
