I honestly can’t recommend Megan, the Rental Manager at Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool, highly enough.

I’ve had a rental car for the past 6 weeks, and throughout the whole process Megan has gone above and beyond to help me. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has always been incredibly helpful, approachable, quick responding and professional.

What really stands out is that she genuinely cares about her customers. She has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to make things easier for me, kept me informed, and dealt with everything with such patience and kindness.

After 6 weeks, I can honestly say that having Megan there has made such a difference to what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation.

Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool are incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing them. Megan deserves every single one of these 5 stars! 🌟

Having used VWFS for their car and van hire, I cannot recommend them enough.

Megan in Liverpool is always professional and courteous, shows the vehicle and makes sure it has enough fuel to be able to start any journey with.

I always return vehicles wishing I could keep them for longer.

The commercial team in Speke have also been amazing. Liam and Sean have helped rent vans suitable for my needs on a number of occasions and same as the cars, I don't ever want to return the vans.

Megan was amazing from start to finish
I had to leave my car in a garage not far away with no idea how long it would be.
Megan arranged for a hire car and reassured me that I would be able to use it as long as I needed it.
I kept in touch with Megan regularly, to give her an update, I had the car for over 2 months in the end!

Megan has been great from the start. She’s always been friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. Every time I’ve had a question or needed anything, she’s got back to me quickly and made sure everything was sorted. You can tell she genuinely cares about looking after her customers, which makes the whole experience so much easier.

It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to Volkswagen for my car rentals. Having someone like Megan who goes the extra mile makes a big difference, and it’s something you don’t come across that often these days. Thanks again for all your help, Megan!

I first enquired about renting a car from an online page elsewhere, when I was recommended by a friend to check the main dealership of VW as they have very competitive rates.
When I enquired, I was met with a lovely girl called Megan who was very nice and polite and informative. She was patient with my questions and super accommodating as we had just travelled a long way to the uk from overseas.
She has a wonderful warm and welcoming personality and I would recommend her specifically, and VW rentals to anyone who is considering, and we will be contacting her again without question in the future!! Wonderful asset to the team, thank you!

very easy to book online - when I picked the car up all the paperwork had been done by Megan. Straight to the car explained how everything worked and I was away would use again

I had a requirement for a vehicle at very late notice. Other rental companies couldn't offer me anything straight away. Meg was very quick to find out my needs and got me a vehicle quickly at a great price!

Great price for the quality vehicle we hired. But the biggest praise has to go to Megan, I was hiring the vehicle as I was attending a funeral, Megan helped me do the checks before the day and even came in early so I could collect vehicle as early as possible which took a lot of stress away from an already stressful day.
