Car hire as it should be.
This is my third time using Cramlington Skoda.
Quality vehicles at a reasonable price,very friendly and helpful staff.
Car ready on my arrival a couple of minutes completing paper work and on my way.
Returning the car was even faster ,a quick check of the vehicle hand the keys over and away.
I can’t praise them enough.

Would highly recommend VWFS Cramlington. Very competitive rates and a lovely vehicle that really turned our heads in terms of Škoda. We were expertly looked after by Claire from start to finish. Five stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Car was ready for pick up when I arrived
We had a small problem with Oil Level waring light coming up on dashboard, Contacted the service line and an AA engineer was dispatched and arrived 40 minutes later
Problem was diagnosed as faulty Sensor and we were told to ignore other than that the car ran perfectly for the two weeks hire and on returning the car my deposit was paid back into my account very quickly

Car was fine. Gave three stars as the price for a weeks hire had increased by so much compared with previous year.

Had a great experience booked my car online picked it up the next morning the collection and return staff I delt with we’re really helpful and did a great job on making sure what I ordered was correct for me.

Extremely helpful service from Claire at the Cramlington site, initially hired for week due to excellent price but then due to our new Peugeot car being delayed extended for a further month this involved Claire moving things around to facilitate us, this was repeated for another month until our car eventually arrived, excellent service.

I hired a Skoda Octavia Estate for approximately 50 days, Claire was excellent to deal with, and the car was ready on arrival.
I’m extremely happy with the service and have passed on their hire facility to friends and family. I will be back for another hire next year..
In short: great car, great service at a very reasonable price.

Claire from the Cramlington branch is outstanding, she is always very helpful, keeps you informed, and returns your calls, unlike the Durham branch!

This has become my favourite car rental company. Many car rental companies have tried to rip me off one way or another over the years. With VWFS, you know you are dealing with an ethical company who are always trying to do their best for you. I rented from them for a week recently, from their Cramlington branch. I wanted a larger car and got a Skoda Karoq. I reckon it saved me £300 versus the Newcastle airport renters if you include comprehensive insurance, even though they are 8 miles from the airport. I can't fault them.

I was visiting Cramlington from the US for a few days and so rented a car from Pulman Skoda. Online booking process was easy and picking up the car from Claire was a pleasure as she is friendly, efficient and organized. My stay got complicated and required me to extend the rental and later rent another car. Throughout all of it Claire was amazing...easy to reach, constantly communicating with me and routinely going above and beyond to ensure the needs of the customer (me) were met. In summary, great customer service, great product (Skoda makes high quality cars) and simple process. I highly recommend!

This the first time I’ve hired a car from here and have been really impressed with the service, particularly the support that Claire provided.
Definitely recommend them and they offer great value for money.
Will use them again if my new car gets delayed again.
