Nice nearly new van. Happy to extend rental at short notice. Nice premises to collect from.Reasonably priced too.

Brand New Car, we travelled all the way from the Toon to Cornwall, then to Norfolk and back to Newcastle, and we only used 2 tanks of fuel in full AC and 6 people on board! Skoda Kodiaq, what a car, wonderful service by the company as well.

Excellent customer service and support from the start. This continued when I went to collect the vehicle, because of the completing of your standard paperwork online going into the branch and collecting the vehicle was very quick and straightforward.

Needed to extend the term of hiring towards the end of the agreement, this was a very easy process with yet more wonderful customer service. Happy friendly customer service advisors made the whole process stress free and easy.

I would definitely recommend and happily use again.

Easy pick up / drop off, good hire price and lovely car

7th time I’ve hired from this branch of Pullman group car hire, as always a smooth and hassle-free process.

Good price especially with the included insurance. Easy pick up and drop off. Clean car with ran well. I’d definitely rent from them again. One negative, the verification process supposedly to speed up pick up became a nuisance with being asked to share sensitive information over non secure email. This needs improvement.

Renting with VWFS Rent-a-Car was so simple and hassle free, not to mention a better price than rental companies I’ve used religiously in the past.

I mostly dealt with Shak who took care of everything, and the staff I spoke to when I called & collected the car were helpful and friendly.

The car was exactly as described, ready for me getting to the dealership and the check in & out process was very easy.

Very straightforward booking the car on line, then when picking the car up from Pulman Skoda Cramlington the service was excellent, a very pleasant experience so will be definitely renting a car from this location again, also the rental cost was very competitive with no hidden extras all in all 5 star service.
