I had to cancel my subscription 4 times…
I had to cancel my subscription 4 times following the end of the bundle I had signed up to.
They kept changing double the monthly price.
It makes me suspicious as to the reason; I suppose it would have nothing to do with helping them pay for their recent fine.
You have only yourself to blame so I will never again have anything to do with them.

The service provided by Joe was brilliant. He was so informative on the type of phone to buy and plans. He also helped swop over many apps to my new phone which is hugely beneficial. And finally I was very happy with the value for money instore.

Quick, efficient customer service.
I used the live chat function to get set up on a new pay as you go SIM. The chat bot was completely useless for me but once I got speaking to the agent Lawrence, the process was very quick and simple. I've had a couple of experiences recently where it took the guts of an hour to do something really simple so getting this done quickly and painlessly was refreshing! Very happy with teh customer service.
