Brendan in your Grafton St shop was most helpful today, when I had a problem with my Vodafone dongle.
He showed great empathy and concern, as I was stressed with the SIM card was out of date.

Broadband service not up to my expectations.
Broadband service not up to my expectations. Got a 1Gb supply, generally not a stable connection, provides only averages of 150Mb, sometimes less.
This impacts on the TV viewing, dropping signals. I am tied into a 2yr contract since May 2026.

Just horrible service all togather
Just horrible service all togather. After Multiple modem changes, multiple calls issue still not resolved. Don’t waste money on paying for premium service as same lines are used for too many users and service is very bad. Very very bad service and internet

Vodafone shop Ennis - Nathan.
Nathan in the Ennis shop was absolutely brilliant in helping us to change network. The online service was very frustrating but Nathan more than made up for it with his friendly, patient and extremely professional customer service. Great work.
