I came into store to upgrade my contacts. Tanzeel was my assistant he organised my contract and said it will take 5 months I said to him I have a problem with my email. I’ve been having trouble with singing into it. I said no one can fix it. I gave it to him and he fixed it for me I was so happy that I could kiss him. Great service you shine proud to have him working for you.

Maz was very wonderful and helpful
Maz was very wonderful and helpful, I honestly came into to leave and request a pac code, however he was very kind and helpful. I ended up leaving as a happy customer with a new sim and phone for my son. Honestly highly recommend maz best customer service ever thank you. Only reason why I’m staying with Vodafone.

She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I got exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. It was such a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her. Excellent customer service
Been into the store a couple of times as I was having issues with my SIM card. The store manager Sam and his colleague Maddi were extremely helpful. Both were incredibly patient in explaining Vodafone’s pro broadband bundle which I happily purchased as a result. Will definitely recommend!

Today I went to the Thurrock Lakeside…
Today I went to the Thurrock Lakeside Vodafone branch and was served by Maz, he was really friendly and welcoming and did everything he could and more to get me the best deal on my new phone. He even helped to re contract my WiFi and saved me a lot of confusion and trouble! All in all his customer service was 10/10 and I will be definitely going back to him in the future.
