I had an excellent experience at Vodafone thanks to one of their in-store team members (Hassan) who took the time to walk me through the features and technology of the iPhone 17 and the different versions. From the moment I asked for help, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure I understood what makes this device stand out.
They explained everything clearly — from the upgraded camera system and performance improvements to the display technology and battery enhancements — breaking down the technical details in a way that was easy to understand without feeling oversimplified. I especially appreciated how they tailored the explanation to how I actually use my phone day-to-day, highlighting features that would matter most to me rather than just listing specifications.
What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. There was no pressure to rush or upsell — just helpful, informative guidance that made me feel confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong product knowledge with such a friendly and approachable attitude.
