What a fantastic morning in Vodafone Sale with my husband and son. The weather was terrible and we were all offered a brew by Anton the manager which we didn’t turn down. Josh sorted us out with our upgrades and set everything up for us including new cases and plugs.

Excellent experience in the Sale store…
Excellent experience in the Sale store this past week, Anton was great helping me sort an upgrade for myself to get the new iPhone, very friendly and made me a nice cup of tea. Highly recommended anyone visit this store as they have the best in store customer service I’ve experienced in ages!

I went to the Altrincham store to ask…
I went to the Altrincham store to ask for help being with O2 and they fobbed me off and was uninterested. I ended up in Sale and I popped into your store and I asked where the O2 store was and Dave who is a Regional Manager for a selection of stores as busy as he was told me where it was asked why and said he would sort me with Vodafone and I didn't want any hassle.
I waited got sat down and made a cup of tea, I would never have left O2 but I am so glad I found your Sale store and Dave he was amazing and he is needed in every store. Thank you so much.

Nothing is too much trouble at the sale branch, Anton always makes the transition easy and stress free. I followed Anton from the Wythenshawe branch to sale as there is simply nothing he doesn’t know and is able to resolve any issues.
