Went to the sale branch
Went to the sale branch, to do an upgrade for my daughter, was welcomed by Anton and Adam.
I was looking to save abit of money on my bill and they helped me upgrade with a new phone for a cheaper price. Even had a cup of tea while I was waiting. Amazing service

Fantastic service
I visited the Vodafone Sale store after being advised by customer service to go in and get a new sim as I had lost mine. I was served by Josh who was very helpful and I was also offered a cup of tea by Anton the manager which was nice considering how cold it is out.
Josh helped me setup my new phone and new sim and helped me set up the Vodafone app which I was grateful for. I’m a digital nomad so it’s always daunting going into places like this but Josh and Anton made it a smooth experience. Thank you!

Me and wife visited on Sunday as we were having trouble renewing our broadband over the phone. We were served by Josh who managed to solve the issue and also gave us a better deal on my wife's sim who’s currently with Voxi.
To our surprise we was also offered a coffee by Anton while we was waiting.
Pleasant experience and the coffee was lovely.

I visited the Vodafone store in Sale to…
I visited the Vodafone store in Sale to increase my daughter’s spend cap as she was in NY, walked away with a sim for myself. Josh and Anton answered all my questions.
Ten out of Ten for the Sale M33 store , I only go to that store both Anton and Josh are first class and advise you to no end .

Friendly, super helpful staff. Anton helped me work through the best options for my needs in a patience manor even though they were busy. I didn’t feel rush to make a quick decision. A great, relaxed experience and got exactly what I needed.
