Amazing service! Came to Newcastle from London in a visit. Had to upgrade my phone and those for my 2 daughters. Dan made the process so easy and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone.

In store to renew contract. Gemma served us…. Very helpful, explained clearly and very friendly though professional. Happy with our new contract.

Perfect service by Dan!! He was just off the break and was so prompt in coming to us! Quick to find out about our needs and recommended accordingly. We dealt with a young lady called Sam, she was patient, thorough and extremely helpful.
