The Aussie retail adviser - Will - in the Newcastle Upon Tyne (Eldon Square) Branch was the entire reason why I stayed with Vodafone/Three. He supported me and my mum despite all of my hassle, and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient throughout. Truly top-notch customer service that I don’t think I would have gotten anywhere else. He deserves all the praise!

These jokers were informed of a bank…
These jokers were informed of a bank account switch. They charged me £5 as a late payment fee after I informed them the switch was taking place. The amount is irrelevant. The action is atrocious. They then harassed me for a 'MASSIVE' £25.10 data fee and a 'MASSIVE' £7.00 device fee. This was AFTER I'd updated my details AND been physically into my local Vodafone shop no fewer than THREE times. The shop staff AND the online staff clearly have mental short comings. The third time I felt that I had to attend in person cost me my Sunday leisure AND my Sunday lunch of braised steak plus the works😠. My contract expires soon, and I certainly WILL NOT under any circumstances renew with these farcical petty imbeciles.
UPDATE: Note the reply from Vodafone doesn't even attempt at an apology. They merely say "it's disappointing". Not half as disappointing as Vodafone who are so incompetent that they can't even apologise properly, nevermind anything else.

Absolutely astounding service by Will, explained everything thoroughly, answered any and all queries. Been a long time since I've had an in person experience like this, felt very welcome. Had a small hiccup with the system however he was very patient and polite! Would recommend to anybody :)

3 nights in a row the internet has disconnected multiple times, awful Awful service,
And when You go through to customer service,
1: you can’t understand half of them
2: they don’t fix no issues.
Will be switching to sky, better prices and a much better all round service.

Intermittent disconnections can sometimes be linked to network congestion during peak usage hours, local network changes, or technical issues with the line or equipment. That said, I appreciate that this is not the level of service you expect, particularly if this hasn’t been an issue for you previously.
