Was greeted straight away when I entered the store. Staff were friendly and approachable, Jamie really saved the day as we were heading to the airport without a roaming data plan. Luckily she came to our rescue by upgrading my existing contract to a greater value package and lowering my monthly bill

Great customer service

Went to Vodafone to complain about the signal, however i found out that I have to talk with customer service online. Stefan was very helpful and told me exactly what to do to solve this issue.

So very helpful
I went into the Vodafone shop in The Point. The young lady, Kate was her name. Approached me and I told her that since my software update 3 days ago all my screens have turned black and I couldn't turn it over to white.
She pressed a few buttons and made it turn white. She was so helpful and knew exactly what to do. Top employer.
