Steve at Vodafone Grosvenor Square Chester saved the day…
I visited the Vodafone Chester Grosvenor Square store because of a scam on my phone. I was very stressed about it because of the nature of the scam and the fact that it seemed to have 'paralysed' the phone. Steve helped me. He restored the phone and got rid of the offending files. He was very calm and professional. I'm very grateful to him.

Great customer experience
Steven was absolutely fantastic with my 87-year-old mother. He was incredibly patient, kind and respectful throughout, taking the time to make sure she had all the right information and fully understood everything. He never once made her feel rushed, confused or like she was a bother. He managed to get her Vodafone contract and bills down to the correct level while making the whole process easy and reassuring for her. It was genuinely lovely to see such thoughtful and considerate customer service. Steven is a real credit to Vodafone.

Staff member Ryan from Chester
