Victoria Linen Co Recensioni

I ordered a frilled easy to fit navy blue valance and was absolutely over the moon with it. The quality was first class ...easy to order...and really easy to fit which means I just have to take it off the velcro that is supplied to wash with no heavy lifting of the mattress. Thank You Tracy you did a marvellous job and would highly recommend. x

Delivery takes a while because they're made to order, but the quality is excellent. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely love the bedding and made in the UK

Excellent service, I could not fault it, from placing my order over the phone to deliver the service was second to none.

This is the second box pleat valance I have bought from Victoria Linen. I love the fact they are made to order so you can choose the depth of the frill. Our new mattresses are deep and high street brands don’t fit.
There is a good range of colours, the fabric is quality and the finish of the product is excellent. A nice touch is a card with the name of the machinist on it.
Thought has clearly gone into the packaging - no plastic!
I’m delighted with the valance & would definitely recommend the company.

Very helpful customer service, such patient and kind help with my order.
Thoroughly recommend. Very happy with my purchases. Will use again.

Very pleased with the product which is unique

Delighted with the quality of the sheets we bought. The ordering process was easy and when the sheets arrived the difference in the quality of them with a purchase from Amazon was clear to see

I’ve used Victoria Linen for a few years and the quality of the products is very good with attention to detail especially for non-standard sized items. Just as important is the high level of sales service with problems addressed promptly and efficiently, including being able to speak to someone in person- not a chatbot!

This is my second order and as previous order absolutely spot on. The precision of the quilt covers and pillowcases is very good in that when ready to iron they lay completely flat and not twisted fabric as if cut on the bias. Excellant quality and service will always be my first choice. Thank you Victoria Linen.

Very pleased with my bed set. The only problem was they had run out of material and I had to wait for the rest of the set but I was informed about this and advised how long it would take and it was delivered when they said it would be. I will be ordering again but will telephone first.

Everything went accordingly as per their first communication. Goods arrived in time frame given.
Quality excellent

Great quality, fantastic fit and value.

Ordered a duvet cover and pillow cases from Victoria linen. I've found it difficult to buy a small double duvet set on line other than white. I chose my material and gave measurements and it fitted perfectly. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Well made. Excellent cotton. Excellent service

Good quality product. Excellent customer service. If you ring up you get to speak to a person who is knowledgeable about the products.

Easy to order. Made to order. Well made, washed well and fitted perfectly.

Supply of extra large sheets of excellent quality, Highly recommend this company.

Best bed sheet ever. Washes well. Really comfy and soft. You really get what you pay for and you're supporting a British company.
You have to wait a while but the delivery when it arrives is well packaged and all recyclable , which is great.
Despite the cost I'll be buying my linen from Victoria Linen in future.

Absolutely appalling. Waited weeks for the delivery of 2 high thread count valances for 150cm beds. Ordered from them because I needed 33cm length which I’ve been unable to find ready made. I simply couldn’t believe the appalling quality of what was sent to me…..corners stuck out at all angles and massive puckering on the hems. I complained gently. They had them uplifted. I waited for an apology and refund. Oh no!! They think their product is up to their standard and I can’t have a refund. Then they tried to bribe me with a 40% discount! The product is junk, un-usable, most definitely not of merchantable quality at any price. Trading Standards and credit card company next stops.
A dreadful company.
Update: don’t believe a word of their reply, the goods supplied were and remain unusable junk. Wish I had the possibility to upload photos of this so the lies being told were visually obvious!
