Victoria Linen Co Recensioni

Great to be able to get a valance/fitted sheet-valance made in the exact depths needed for the mattress and bed frame height. Very good quality with plenty of colour choice. They are not good at keeping in touch about dispatch and delivery times which took longer than suggested time-frame but pleased with product when it arrived.

Did a make to measure valence for me. Was very soft nice quality and fitted perfectly

This company is not transparent. It offers a complete range of standard bed sizes for a fitted Val sheet with a split corner and it gives a drop-down list of different varying sizes you can have with extra money applied for various different sizes at no point does it say anywhere that it is bespoke or made to measure? It is offering standard bed sizes and standard drop size so if they’re not standard why don’t they state non refundable ? I mean they take the trouble to put the extra £ cos for certain drop sizes next to the some sizes???? I guess no one would buy it if it says nonrefundable would they?
I called the manager. She stated that the ts&cs are clear at checkout.!!
What transparent company only waits until the person is ready to part with their money to tell them it’s not refundable??
It stinks. I had to search for tsand cos online under a different web. It says the only thing that is refundable is a 34 cm valance which lets face it doesn’t cover any beds in 2026 that is such a shame because if they were just clear to the customers it would be lovely but the disappointment of receiving something you spent your earned money on only to find that it’s poor quality or it doesn’t fit and then it’s not returnable unless it’s fault they will say it isn’t And as I can see from other people on here they offer 40% refund and really can’t be bothered
So I would say buyer be beware
This company does not state the what you’re ordering is not a standard size at any point during the selling Paige. This is actually against advertising it. It’s really really under hand. Such a shame as I really wanted to buy the valance but now I will just get one made so I can see the material because for 62 quid I can get one made no problem. Don’t waste your money if you are happy not to be refunded if it doesn’t suit your bed
Ps the manager will probably write a response saying I was uptight and rude but frankly when I said to her that it wasn’t clear she just said it’s okay. You can check the teas and seas at checkout and that she didn’t feel that their company was okay for me.🤣🤣 if that’s how you deal with big clear with customers and putting things right it says everything by the way 40 years of marketing I know what I’m talking about thanks

Took a bit of time, but that was as stated.
My sister-in-law is delighted with the sheets.
Thank you.

Good product made to my specifications so good value too. I ordered two valances and am very pleased with them. Only quibble is communication. It takes time to make to order so a clearer sense of how long, with an email if things are delayed would be useful.

Prompt communication, wonderful product and fair price. 😊

It’s worth the wait for the deep cotton fitted sheet it’s so lovely to sleep on and the corners don’t come off and ruck up sheet so that’s great

Beautiful product
Thread count 400
Practical 3 zip edge duvet covers
Good communication
Have you thought about in addition to the zip around having duvet covers with hand holes so you can more easily bring corners to edges

Great product and great range of products. I ordered the split valance for my brass bed and it fits perfectly

I ordered an extra long single duvet set for my 6'4'' son for when he went to University Halls. Emma and Jo were extremely helpful when I had a query.
I was very impressed with the quality of the set, both in appearance and feel.
Thank-you for everything,

Excellency quality bedding. Great people to buy from.

8 weeks from order to delivery and shockingly poor quality

I came to your company as I am used to high quality bedding.

I have used Northern nights cotton flannel bedding for over 25 years.
Some of my bedding sets are still in use today!

When i received your sheet for which I had a particularly extended wait for, I immediately noticed how very thin the sheet was .

Potentially half the weight of my Northern nights sheets.

I have always washed my bedding on a 60 degree wash and my Northern nights have survived unaffected.

This sheet shrank remarkably on the first wash.
I have avoided using it at all costs as it feels cheap and is incredibly difficult to stretch over my mattress.

Disappointed is a huge understatement and quite frankly I feel ripped off!

I dont think a temu sheet could have failed worse than this.

Zero comparison to my other cotton flannel bedding on weight and function.

I would suggest you preshrink your sheets or fabric and warn people these will not take hit washes at all.

I feel very sad as i have been unable to find a quality supplier to replace Northern nights.
I am really disappointed and sad that not only have I been left with a sheet which will now be relegated to the trash but I also will need to continue my search for a quality cotton flannel provider.

I genuinely had high hopes and I just feel for the cost if the sheet, I would have expected a higher quality

I ordered a Brushed cotton duvet cover from Victoria linen for those cooler nights. Material is beautiful & soft & very well made. Looks lovely on my bed.
It took a few weeks as it was made to order but it was well worth the wait.
I would very highly recommend this company.

I emailed with my query and had a response very quickly and it answered my questions perfectly and precisely. I placed my order, had a receipt by email and due to there word my order arrived within the time allocated. I phoned on one occasion about delivery and the phone was answered without delay and a very helpful friendly English speaking person answered. Such a helpful person and such a relief and my order arrived within allotted time and the order is perfect. Will use again and I would recommend.

Looks great, feels great, fits great

I ordered a duvet set with zip fasteners on 3 sides. It took about 4 weeks to come as each one is made to order and I am very pleased with the product. Very good quality materials; easy to use zip; makes it so much easier to change the bedding! I have just ordered another one..... Why don't more bedding suppliers offer the zip fastening?

Good quality and prompt delivery. Emma was very helpful in arranging the duvet set we were looking for.

Victoria Linen Co met my need for specialist fitted sheets for my adjustable bed. They make sheets to order, but it was worth the wait. The quality is excellent. I am now going to order some semi-fitted top sheets to match the fully-fitted bottom sheets. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to purchase exact fitting high quality sheets.

I buy all my sheets and pillowcases from Victoria Linen Company. If you need any help in ordering or working out what you need size wise etc the company are really helpful. The sheets are fabulous quality and fit the bed perfectly with plenty of tension on the fitted sheets. Whenever we have people stay, they always say how lovely our beds are.

At 75yrs of age and not being born with an electronic gadget in my hand this seemingly small company is exceptional. I am an old fashioned shopper liking to feel, touch and visibly see the product. At first contact they, without asking, offered to send swatches of their product which arrived within days. They took my order over the telephone and the rest is history. I re-ordered.
