We needed help for my son before school…

We needed help for my son before school started. Other clinics were busy for a long time. Fastreat saw us in two weeks. The doctor was very nice to my kid.

Amazing care

The entire process was so easy i genuinely couldn’t believe it. I felt extremely validated from the initial appointment to even the prescription process. I have been suffering with ADHD

Posting on behalf of my friend Lauren I have been suffering with ADHD, depression and suicidal thoughts due to my symptoms. Today I paid to go private with FasTreat for £200 and it was the cheapest option and best miney spent!!! I got my diagnosis within 8 hours. I was stressed because I did not realise you had to pay £99 for membership upfront and then £89 for titration. So I called up and spoke to and absolutely lovely woman called Nicole and explained I didn’t have the money but was in desperate need of the medication and whether there was any payment plans available. Unfortunately there were non available but Nicole as a good will gesture restarted my membership and booked me in for my first titration initiation for free!!! I don’t think Nicole realised how much that meant to me and I am eternally grateful ❤️

Fast and easy from initial contact to…

Fast and easy from initial contact to consultation i email 3 of the companies recommended by Google and only they got back to me about weather or not I need the followup monthly subscription which is refunded if you don't continue after consultation and Dr Tinuola Gunwa was right on time asked all the right questions gave me chance to explain and give details she was very nice to to talk to and understanding couldn't of asked for a better service thank you DR

When helping people to understand what…

When helping people to understand what suspicions of their mental health wellness they have, one of the things that Fastreat has to bare in mind when doing an intake is that they are absolutely not psychiatrists nor psychologists. Therefore it is so imortant to know what is involed as a whole to make a formal assessment. Fastreat opens up with doing an intake assessment, which is great. They cannot involve themselves in any sort of understanding and voicing of possibility as they are not educated in this area. Fastreat intake is built to determine a possibility of reasoning to go further with diagnosis, not diagnose, opinions don't tend to sit well with people

Please don't waste your money

Please don't waste your money. They are only interested in signing you up to a subscription service so they can get money out of you. Hidden charges of 99 pound plus 199. No explanation of what they are offering.
The assessment to be honest laughable. About 6 minutes and he told me what to say and what to click to get a positive ADHD diagnosis.
Total scam please don't make my mistake. I've complained no reply.

Horrendous experience

The NP just ran through a questionnaire asked me if I teachers noticed I was inattentive in school or my parents noticed that when I was child, I answered no. She then completely dismissed me from that point on, because in her own words, It should have been noticed when I was a child if I really had it. She refused to further explain questions or give me examples to help me answer and was very confrontative from that point on and when I went back on some answers after she explained a little more about the meaning of some questions she literally told me nothing I could say would change her point of view in the matter. Is this a psychological consultation or a police investigation?

Sabotaged diagnostic letter

Got my diagnostic for 399$, then paid 50$ for the diagnostic letter to bring to my GP. The letter is stating false information, saying I am not reponding well to medication the nurse prescibed me....I havent started the medication yet. Its also stating that I am self medicating? While I do not cosume any alcool or drugs. It looks like they are trying to sabotage my change of getting help outside of Fastreat.

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Fastreat from start to finish. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and most importantly, genuinely supportive.

The assessment itself was thorough and didn’t feel rushed at all. The clinician took the time to really understand my experiences rather than just ticking boxes, which made a huge difference. I felt heard and taken seriously throughout, which isn’t always the case with services like this.

Whenever there was any confusion, they were quick to resolve it and kept communication clear, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming.

Everything was explained clearly, including the diagnosis and next steps, so I always knew where I stood. The report was detailed and genuinely reflected what I’ve been struggling with for years, which was reassuring in itself.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Fastreat to anyone considering an ADHD assessment. It felt efficient but still very human, which is exactly what you want with something like this.

Hidden fees, no-shows, and unauthorized charges – very disappointing experience

I had a very frustrating experience with Fastreat and would strongly caution others before signing up.

I initially agreed to a $10 intake fee on January 15, which seemed reasonable. However, the very next day (January 16), I was charged $399 without any clear consent or transparent explanation of this cost.

On top of that, my first two scheduled appointments were missed by Fastreat (no-shows on their end). I only ended up having my actual appointment on February 26, after significant delays and inconvenience.

Following that, I was then charged $99 in February and another $99 in March, which appear to be part of a recurring subscription that I never clearly agreed to.

To summarize:

$10 agreed payment → turned into $399 the next day without clear authorization
2 missed appointments by the provider
Delayed service (only received on Feb 26)
Additional recurring charges of $99/month without clear consent

Yes, I eventually received a diagnosis and a 30-day prescription, but this does not justify the lack of transparency, poor service, and unauthorized billing practices.

This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank and have requested a full refund.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Fastreat carefully review all terms and be cautious about hidden fees and subscription charges.

Top quick service at very good price…

Top quality service ,quick and very professional from start to finish ,no 2 year waiting list like on the NHS also at a very good price which my NHS GP who has accepted my ADHD diagnosis ,opted not to go on medication to start with and take ALYVE Wellness which is designed for ADHD ,self refer for counselling (CBT) through my GP ,Highly recommended !!!

It was an interesting experience

It was an interesting experience, with a specialist at least. It seemed like they did their homework regarding my medical history, etc. One of the worst aspects of seeing a new doctor or a counsellor in general is the feeling you have to regurgitate all of the history. During the assessment, we did talk about the past, but because they take a lot down a lot of your information during the sign process, that was non issue.
