My seat was great, and the Sooners won. The app worked well, and I had no problems with downloading or transferring my ticket to my wallet. That's all I wanted.

Found the buying experience quite easy. But the late delivery of tickets just hours before the game was nerve racking...especially for someone who has to travel to get to the venue.

Bij Viagogo kaarten gekocht voor de Toppers. Per ongeluk het verkeerde e-mailadres ingevuld waardoor er geen mail kwam. 6 (!!) keer contact opgenomen met de klantenservice om het te veranderen. Elke keer werd er gezegd dat het e-mailadres veranderd zou worden maar dat is elke keer niet gebeurt. De klantenservice spreekt gebrekkig Engels en lijkt het ook niet te begrijpen. Ook zegt elke medewerker wat anders waardoor het zeer onduidelijk is. Uiteindelijk mijn tickets niet gekregen waardoor ik veel geld heb weggegooid. Zou dit bedrijf niet aanraden om je tickets te kopen.

Was even bang vanwege de slechte recensies maar ik heb de tickets voor Guns n Roses op tijd ontvangen en stonden keurig in mijn ticketmaster app

Erg slechte service. Vanwege onbekende reden is het concert dat we zouden bezoeken verplaatst van de ene locatie naar de andere. Helaas is voor ons de nieuwe locatie niet werkbaar/daar kunnen we niet komen. voor de oude locatie waren al hotels, transfer, etc. geboekt. Viagogo weigert enige medewerking/restitutie te verlenen om dit probleem op te lossen. GEEN ZAKEN DOEN MET DEZE PARTIJ!

⭐ 1/5 – Missed Iron Maiden Concert Because of Viagogo's Broken Ticket Process

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

I purchased a ticket for Iron Maiden at Ziggo Dome and arrived at the venue expecting everything to be in order. The ticket appeared in the Viagogo app, so naturally I assumed I would be able to access it.

However, when I tried to open the actual ticket, the required link simply did not work. Nothing happened. I was left standing outside the venue while the concert was about to start.

I immediately contacted Viagogo customer support and spent approximately one hour in their chat trying to resolve the issue. Despite all that time, they were unable to provide a solution. While my friends were inside enjoying the concert, I was forced to go home and miss the entire event.

What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of follow-up. I have contacted customer service multiple times since then, filed a formal complaint, requested a callback, and asked for copies of the communications related to my case. Nobody called me back. Every time I contact support, I have to explain the entire story again from the beginning, as if there is no proper case management system in place.

I paid for a ticket, arrived at the venue, and still could not attend the event because of a failure in Viagogo's ticket access process. To date, the issue remains unresolved.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Viagogo.

Paid for tickets that were never delivered — no refund

I bought tickets through viagogo. The order was marked as “delivered,” but nothing was ever transferred to me. I checked Ticketmaster, the viagogo app, and every email account — the seller never actually uploaded or sent the tickets. I received nothing for my money.

When I contacted support, they refused a refund on the grounds that I reported the problem after the event had passed. But the tickets were never delivered at any point, before or after. viagogo could not show any proof of an actual transfer — only a “delivered” label with nothing behind it. The agent admitted a supervisor would give the same answer and that nothing further could be done.

I paid for tickets I never received, and viagogo hid behind a timing policy to avoid honouring its own guarantee. I’m now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and filing a complaint with the consumer authority. Be very careful buying here — “delivered” does not mean you’ll actually get your tickets, and if anything goes wrong, do not expect support to help.

The process of buying the tickets went relatively okay. The first time tickets happened to be fake, the second time the tickets were real. The massive downside was there was literally no information about the seller and no confirmation that the seller actually had the tickets - so one could only hope it wasn't a scam. I understand for private sellers their identity needs to be protected but at least indicating some information about the seller is a good start. For example, are they selling privately or as a business, and furthermore, how much they bought the tickets for and where. Such information would have increased my trust in this company more.

Todo bien, lo único que vimos abusivo fueron lo que se nos cobró por gastos de gestión, muy caro en ese aspecto.

Eu comprei ingressos para o concerto da Madonna para o Tour de 40 anos e comprei ingressos VIP nove meses antes do concerto e nunca recebi os ingressos e demorou quase 15 dias para devolverem o dinheiro de volta 😒😡🤬

The experience was great now that I know how Viagogo and the tickets within 24 hours and now within the hour, I’ll feel confident using this platform again. I was a little nervous for a while there.

Wat een ellende! Ticket verkocht via viagogo. Ticket stond nog als beschikbaar en verkoopbaar op de app en website dus opnieuw aangeboden omdat ik geen reaktie kreeg of het was verkocht of niet. Kon ik nergens terug vinden. Vervolgens aan ander verkocht. Paar dagen voor het evenement krijg ik bericht dat ik tickets beschikbaar moet stellen. Gedaan. Vervolgens bericht dat partij 1 de ticket niet kon claimen. Ik aan alle kanten bij viagogo aan de bel getrokken. Ook de 1e koper direct kunnen mailen hierover omdat ik zijn email adres kreeg. Viagogo heeft 0 reaktie gegeven. Achteraf kreeg ik een boete. Ondanks bezwaar blijft de boete staan omdat ik op een "andere"website had kunnen zien dat de ticket verkocht was. Welke andere website? Hoe had ik dit kunnen weten? Waarom heeft Viagogo nooit gereageerd? Wat een auto-junk machine dit!

great concert

Me agrado mucho que en todo momento sentí el respaldo por parte del equipo de viagogo ya que los contacte vía chat para hacer una consulta ya que para ser sincero dude de la autenticidad de los boletos por el formato que se enviaron que fue PDF y pensé que el evento los requería con código dinámico, sin embargo al final no tuve ningún inconveniente con los accesos brindados y me la pasé muy bien en el evento, agradezco mucho la atención.

La experiencia de compra fue fácil y buena. La web funciona bien. El precio de las entradas un poco hinchado debido a las tasas, por eso pongo 4 estrellas.
