Very Nice Ticket Service!! Quick and Easy for a Last Minute Decision!

I recently bought tickets to the Euroleague Final Four in Athens through Viagogo and the experience has been nothing, but superb. They have contacted me multiple times to verify all my details and made sure to follow up with me once the tickets were released to confirm I have received them. Unlike many people who have bought tickets through the Official Euroleague resale site, there were no issues getting into the arena and the tickets were made available to us more than a day in advance.

Concert was great Benito put on a great show. We arrived a little late because of last minute decision to go. Impossible to find seat section that was paid for. Too dark.
We stood in section that im sure was less valued.

The contact center was very responsive and keenly followed up once contacted/inquired.
Having more clarity on when and how to expect the tickets, and having them min. 24 hours before the event is fundamental. There is ticket cost reimbursement if the tickets are not delivered, however it is not only ticket cost. There is travel and hotel bookings related.

I have bought a 2 day pass for Euroleague final 4 event. Immediately I contacted viagogo support so to inform them about the change that needed to be made at personalization information at both tickets as per Euroleague instructions. All agents I spoke with , were very polite, helpful and explanatory. They did more than their best to resolve the issue with the change at personalization information. Despite their efforts the seller didn't manage to make the changes. They immediately contacted me and informed me about my rights and their policy and they found another ticket for the event, contacted the new seller by themselves about what he had to do, and I had my new ticket a day before the event with the right personalization information. I really want to thank every one agent i spoke with. I have a really good experience despite the anxiety about the first seller. Everything went well and I will use viagogo again.

Great experience! Had an issue with my tickets not coming through and viagogo handled it and got me equivalent tickets with no hassle on my end what so ever! Would definitely purchase from them again!

Kaartjes voetbal gekocht. Bleken frauduleus. Verkoper bleek al bij beveiliging club bekend te zijn. Heeft vaker al kaarten verkocht. Gemeld aan viagogo. Niet wel willend . Ging niet eens om geld retour maar om dit te voorkomen toekomst. Na mail wisseling nooit meer iets van gehoord.

Viagogo had kaarten voor Metallica terwijl die eigenlijk al uitverkocht waren. Het bestellen ging vrij makkelijk. Ook kreeg ik netjes een bevestiging en een manier om mijn bestelling te volgen.

Great experience, Viagogo gave me the chance to buy a last ticket for an Electronic festival 2 days before the show at a reasonnable price. The show has been amazing and I had no issue entering the festival even dough there was a different name on the ticket knowing this was a swap from someone who couldnt make it that day. Thanks Viagogo for that amazing opportunity to spend the day at the Cercle Festival in Paris !

Nice music of Gipsy Kings. Location was good near the station. Very convenient. AFAS Live was not a too big hall, which made us near the stage.
