Ordered wooden chest of drawers from Verty Furniture - absolutely lovely and Sturdy - very please - will use them again!

Had to wait a few days longer than advertised for my delivery in Scotland but was worth the wait.
Item arrived well packed and is now the coffee table I was looking for in my lounge.
Customer service was a real person who answered all my concerns about delivery.

Frauds. Listed an item and a description that looked nothing like what actually arrived. Told me on the 1st March I’d have to pay for a courier to get it back to them, despite it being on them to ensure that there items are actually anything like what they show them as. After a lot of back and forth with someone who admitted the colour was not what was not what was on the website, I raised it with my bank. They told my bank they would sort this out with me, called me one day (about a month later) saying someone was going to collect the coffee table in a few hours which was a joke and completely unprofessional. I ensured that the courier got the item, that was on the 3rd April. I was told after chasing on the 11th that the refund was being processed and would take 14 days. It’s now been 26 days since they collected it and no refund. Avoid at all costs, clearly ran by a bunch of crooks.

Item arrive damaged, and missing legs .When I called them they said the legs were there.
After 60- yes 60 - emails ,and 40 days, I finally received a refund .
Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful Marble Table - me and wife ordered Marble Dining table large with dark wooden legs - very happy with this company - they called before delivery - the table was open at the time of delivery for me to check the marble for any issues - very happy customer will buy again

I ordered dining table with chairs and they delivered in 5 days although it was mentioned 7-10 working days.Driver was really nice guy who helped me to put the furniture in living room as he said not insured to enter the building but he saw me struggling to drag the furniture from front door,excellent product and service.Thanks

Although item out of stock came on scheduled date & kept informed , packaged & delivered well, very pleased with the item good value.

Lovely table, perfect height, suits my living room perfectly.
You always bother about damaged items from companies but this was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
Driver was polite and kept me updated about delivery.
Overall an excellent experience.

Got small problem with delivery and use a chat with Su. She was just perfect, professionally dealt with my issue. Fantastic customer service and attitude. I am surely gonna buy in Verty again and recommend them.

I've ordered from Verty a unique wood bedside table. Product is exactly like it is showing on the website. Very good quality, beautiful colour and well packed. Delivery was prompt and got regular updates about it. People around me always asking me where I got this item from! Verty got very nice range of furniture on their website. Recently purchased a tv stand from this company as I love the combination of black metal and real wood. Delivered in a week and looks great in my lounge !! Was a bit nervous when I saw the reviews until I realised that most were from the same people who left a lot of negative reviews for other places too. My experience was that they did “what it said on the tin” ☺️

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. Dishonest, incompetent and worst customer service ever. Similar experience to others, no response to emails but a very quick response when I raised a dispute with my bank. Yet Verty’s response wasn’t worth anything. Stay clear, go to Dunelm!

Still no refund over 2 weeks later!

No reply to emails. Utter liar's and frauds. It's in written proof regarding the refund too.

Please pleass do read the honest reviews on here to gather what this company is actually like.
