Delivered earlier than expected.
Good quality drum coffee table. It is very unusual and a great price.

Beautiful, sturdy and well designed table. Packed and delivered well. Easy assembly instructions.

If this is refering to the lovely solid wood side table with drawers it's beautiful, slightly retro to look at and very well packed to make sure it was undamaged. We love it. It was also here in just a few days .

Clock looks amazing, the colours are great. Looking forward to putting it up.

Please believe this is the worst bed company ever known, first the wrong bed legs come and it took a whole week to get new ones, the bed doesn’t even fit together properly as you can see on the pictures, the woman on the phone didn’t even have a clue what the returns policy was, what a disgrace of a company

Product was great and process of buying was easy. An estimated delivery date was provided on checkout but then heard nothing until a week after that date when I suddenly got a "were delivering in two days" which I was too slow to change. More info/notice on delivery would be helpful

Ordered an item pre Easter. Chased via email to obtain a delivery date. Did not even acknowledge my request. Second email sent requesting same. I have paid for goods not received. I cannot afford to be scammed. Very poor customer service. Will be chasing for a refund and will be cancelling order. Would not recommend to anyone.

Side board exactly as advertised. Solid and well made. Very fast delivery and excellent packaging. Would definitely recommend

Today I deleted my previous review I am now hopefully satisfied that my item will be picked up at last free of charge !no longer have the grievance with the company verty furniture I am pleased for it to be collected free of charge as stated

AVOID VERTY FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS. VERY POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP.

I ordered the Natural Solid Dark Mango Wood Round Dining Table
for £400. The price may look attractive, however after ordering this table, my experience with this retailer was a total nightmare - save yourself the headache whilst you can! They delivered this poorly manufactured table which could not be assembled due to the faulty joining mechanism and then refused to cover the full cost of repair and to follow through with a replacement which they promised. They are a very untrustworthy retailer with seriously poor communication and customer service.

To recap on my experience with this retailer
- They delivered the order 2 weeks late for which I had to chase endlessly for (perhaps they don't have in stock and drop-ship from overseas - no explanation was given for the delay)
-When it finally arrived it was faulty and I was sent from pillar to post between The Range and Verty Furniture - The Range marketplace has no buyer protection
-They offered me a replacement and called me to say the driver was on his way with it on the 8th Feb - he did not show up. They then promised they would reschedule the replacement as a priority on the following Monday - they did not show up for the whole week! Nor would they call or email to say they would not be showing up - I had to call them each day for an update. On every single occasion I have had to initiate contact and chase them, only to be told she could not give me a date for when they would deliver it. That would raise red flags for any customer!
- Not once did the Verty Furniture apologise for the inconvenience caused or follow through with providing the replacement THEY offered.
-I opened a dispute with ClearPay Verty Furniture informed me that The Range advised them to coerce me to close the dispute before it being resolved by the them - THEY WOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW ME TO INSPECT A REPLACEMENT BEFORE MARKING THE ISSUE AS RESOLVED. THEY WANTED ME TO CLOSE THE DISPUTE FIRST, PRETENDING THEY HAD RESOLVED IT. When the driver finally did show up with the replacement table he had a big note on the paper work stating do not hand over the replacement unless the customer cancels the dispute - THIS WAS NOT A COLLECTION BUT A REPLACEMENT DELIVERY HENCE THE TABLE IN THE VAN. They emailed at the last minute to say this is how they decided to handle things after I clearly communicated on the phone to the lady I need to inspect the goods because clearly they do not inspect them or take accountability!
- In the end they gave me a £50 partial refund (still not received in my account) to go towards the repair which does not fully cover the cost, so again leaving the customer out of pocket £350 and a faulty table. All of a sudden they could no longer do a replacement and wanted me to place a brand new order after this ordeal and return the old one after waiting 3 months for them to resolve their own mess up. They are insane.

Overall a totally shambolic experience using The Range Marketplace to order from Verty Furniture- there is no buyer protection and The Range are not impartial and are not prepared to makeup for any shortfall of the third party retailers who leverage their name and reputation. Totally inefficient customer service department taking over 2 months to resolve something that should have taken a week if that - you are at the mercy of the third party retailer ultimately - The Range are completely useless.

Very happy with my purchase, the light mango wood is just what I was looking for. Very easy to find what I wanted and delivery was very quick. The delivery driver was very helpful in putting the boxes where I wanted them, although I do think it should have been a two man delivery as the furniture is solid and heavy

Don't bother. Cancelled an order but was out for delivery so handed back to driver. Had to pay £30 for the privilege and customer service were extremely unhelpful. Terms not clear and nothing said when they called to organise delivery. Avoid

The dining table was delivered in good time. It was really easy to assemble. It is really sturdy and looks great. I can't fault the delivery or quality and would definitely recommend this seller based on my experience.

Delivery was great and quality of product amazing

Nice item but find it really hard to open the front flap which has to be open to operate anything within it. Have had to order a different knob separately. Hopefully that works. Delivery date very vague and delivered past date said it was expected on ordering which is not useful if you’re out at work and made arrangements for days leading up to expected delivery date. It’s usual to get offered a more specific date these days.

Ordered console table from range love the table , arrived on time and excellent customer service

The description did say that the item used recycled material. However the overall finish on the reclaimed metal frame was awful. Using recycled material is fine but it should be finished to a much higher standard than was offered at this price. My expectations were not met.
However dispatch and delivery were excellent.

I found a unique design of TV corner stand that would fit in perfectly to our room. It was made of solid wood and it was at a great price.
It was delivered complete and well packed, (only had to screw on the door handles), within a couple of weeks.
So overall we received excellent service.
