Good price and so easy. No haggling.

The very first thing I really should have noticed right away is when their website claims to have a 4.7/5 rating based on 29,013 reviews with Trustpilot, when in reality they have a 3.5/5 based on 15 reviews! How in God's name do you make this up?

I ordered (2) Eco-Friendly Lawn Seed Sprayer on July 3rd, received on July 23rd. Contacted them right away that the sprayers are damaged because of the careless way they packaged them and the treatment bottles are not as many as pictured on the website. It showed 24, we received 1. False advertisement!

At first it seemed like they were really wanting to work with me, but I haven't heard back from them for over 5 days now how they intend to rectify the situation.

I emailed again today after trying the product for the first time this afternoon. Water sprays out in every direction of the handle. The bottle doesn't fit properly in the handle/sprayer and it dropped spilling all my grass seed in one spot on the ground. My email included a video how horrible this product is and let them know we are no longer interested in replacements or anything, but a full refund.

I paid $134.89 for something that's completely useless. I'll be continuing to email them now on a daily basis requesting a refund. If no satisfaction within the week, I'll be in touch with my credit card company for a charge back. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate getting scammed and/or ghosted.

UPDATE: August 15, 2026: The last correspondence received from Velorea was to ship it back ... not to the New York address they use on the website or the Elk Grove Village, IL address which was on the mailing label, but to China ... at MY expense. It would cost me over $350 to do so. They offered me a 25% credit and keep the product that's absolute garbage.

Needless to say, I called my credit card company after exhausting every possibility for this company to make things right. The credit card company returned my funds in full due to lack of return policy transparency.

I contacted the seller with a question before purchasing, and they replied very quickly. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful. Based on their excellent customer service, I decided to place my order. My package hasn’t arrived yet, but so far I have had a very positive experience.

The ordering process was straight forward and easy to navigate, much appreciated by “seniors”, like myself. Also the descriptions of all your AC were very comprehensive, covering the many details I like to review B/4 purchasing items online, much different than viewing them in a store.

Ease of access and ordering process made my experience great

You given me the exact style that I need and turnaround time to receive the product is great. Also, I like tge extra cost if item is lost, stolen or damaged. Makes me at peace.

Material looks to be of great quality and I will received it before Saturday, July 18. Thank you.

The responses were quick, except for one delay that worked out fine. The biggest plus was no hassle about resolving the issue. This is huge regarding online orders. I would recommend your company to others because I trust your customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes in the beginning of June. Has been in a delayed status since June 13th. Customer services responded that they would help after a significant time had passed from last expected delivery date. It is now June 26th, the shoes are still in delayed status, and customer service has stopped responding to my emails. There is also not a phone number to call.

Incorrect size late delivery offered to keep shoes received and will send correct size as long as i pay shipping. I reach out and no response when to send replacement. Sent numerous emails and no response. They responded stating they would send correct size if I pay for shipping. No response for 10 days from emails I sent. Do not order anything from this scum

Don’t waste your money! Quality is crappy to say the least and it took a very long time to arrive. The sizing is off. They run extremely small. They say they are out of NY. Maybe their warehouse is after item arrives from China! Customer service has basically been nonexistent! If I could I’d leave 0 stars!

I ordered a nice leather handbag/backpack online in teal. They promptly sent a red one. I wrote three emails to them requesting an exchange and I never received any response. So I have a bag I don't want and am out $45. Very unprofessional business practice. I'd never order from them again.

I ordered a pair of “Vintage Leather Boots”. What I ordered versus what I received was out of control. Initially when I contacted customer service they were responsive. Now they’ve gone from not wanting to give me a full refund to let’s do an exchange to unresponsive. The boots that I was sent are poorly made and smell of strong chemicals. And definitely not leather!! Damn shame. I wish I could add pics.

I ordered 335.00 of items from this company on the 5th of May. I have only recieved a partial order (3 items) and these 3 shirts were very very cheaply made. The rest of my order still hast shipped and its the 21st May. This company is out of China working through UK. I think its a scam setup. The sevice and products are very bad and low quality. Im fixing to turn remaining products over to my credit card company and they can deal with them. This company is rock bottom. I highly highly recommend choosing another company.
