Bought a festive shirt here. Fast shipping, nicely packaged, and good value for the price. Happy with it.

I ordered a dress. It was too small and they would not refund me for my purchase. I had no idea it came from China. It would have cost a fortune to send it back. If you google Velorea and company. It says at the top of page….. Free Shipping and Returns. It’s a lie. Returns are free but mailing it back to China is more than the dress was worth!! Also the quality was horrible. A dime store dress would have been better. I went round and round with e- mails. They finally agreed that I could keep the dress ( which I have no use for since it’s too small) and they would reimburse me for half. I agreed it was better than nothing! But it’s been weeks and I never heard from them again!! I emailed and no response!!! Do yourself a favor!!! Don’t bother with Velorea and Co.!! And in the future I learned a hard lesson. Research before you buy. Check the company’s reviews online!!!!

merchandise not match website pictures. Quality is very, very bad.

I ordered several items. Three arrived damaged.
One order got lost in the mail and they were going to send me a replacement for the vegetable peeler. Which I never did receive. This happened in June. It is now the end of August and I haven’t received the replacement but my card got charged for those items twice. It’s definitely set up as a scam I will not order from this company again. It’s been so long that I’ve lost track of dates but I did call them back in June And nothing has happened so far

There is no way for this company to "improve"as you suggest I write about in my review. They are clearly set up as a scam operation. Cheap ill fitting defective merchandise. You are then bombarded with AI generated OVER the top polite emails, asking you to describe the problem, send photos etc...all ridiculous waste of your time. They dont refund your money. They dont even give back the partial refund you agree to because the postage to send back to a China address is more than what you paid! And, your credit card company won't help you either. They just bat the issue back and forth while you waste your time sending them documentation...they clearly dont read. Deal with Amazon or local companies. Buy made in the USA, pay a little more but get something decent for your money.

Orders placed before 23 hours at night would be shiped that same day. Great!

Var lite strul med beställningen som hängde sig, fick växla mellan betalningsmetoder för att få det att fungera. Lite väl enkla responsmail, hoppas nu bara det här är seriöst.

I didn’t receive my purchase yet but the whole procedure since I saw the advertisement and went through the process was extremely easy and effective with a great follow up
