The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

Pretty, but basically tat

Vassias sent me replacement rings when I pointed out that my malachite ring had snapped in two, revealing that it was not silver as advertised. The replacements even have a tiny "925" stamped on them, but they are the same old tat. It is illegal in many countries to stamp "925" on something that is not sterling. This is simple fraud. The design itself is very attractive and deserves real silver, but the product is like something that came in the cornflakes, but at least that wouldn't pretend to be silver jewellery.

Received the wrong ring

So made an order for a daughter pray ring nearly 3 weeks ago now, waited all this time for it to arrive to find a granddaughter ring has been sent. Not happy at all with this company

Lovely product, but most of all, excellent +++++ after sales service. I have never experienced after sales service like it. Prompt replies. Up dates, etc.

I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughters. Whilst waiting for my order I received emails to update me on delivery and when I received my order I got a 3rd necklace free excellent after sales service and really happy with items received will be purchasing of them again soon highly recommend

I purchased my earrings on 10/23/2022

I purchased my earrings on 10/23/2022, to date I have not received them. They said they were delivered with tracking but I did not receive them. When I notified Vassias they weren’t helpful.After a few days they told me I had to contact USPS, they had to to an investigation and said they would get back to me. After a few days they said they would send out notices to my neighbors to see if they received my items.
Vassias did nothing to assist, but put it all on me to communicate with them. To date I have not received a refund nor the merchandise. Last week they said they would send out the item again. We’ll see? I would never purchase anything from this company again.
