The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

False advertisment and poor customer service
I ordered 2 times from them,
in the first order I was supposed to get a free item, since they were advertising 2+1 action, and I've ordered earrings as a free item.
It clearly stated I will be getting them, but when my package arrived I only got the items I paid for.
I've been going back and forth with their customer service and getting false promises about my item being shipped.
You have nice jewelry, but I would NEVER order from you again. items aren't cheap and advertising falsely free items will make you loose customers and get reviews like this!

Do not order. Probably scam.
I ordered something more than a month ago. The product has not arrived, the site itself shows that the product has still not been shipped. The people I exchanged emails with gave me a tracking number which writes that they were in my place trying to deliver 4(!) times, while I am pinned down due to the lockdown. I have also provided my phone number. Magically, I do not get this piece of paper that says "we were here to deliver", or a phone call from the theoretical company that has to deliver. Probably a scam.
