Shipping was pretty good
Shipping was pretty good. Quality of the jacket was good. But the smell once we unpacked the jacket was really strong. We had to hang it in the garage to air out for a few weeks. Not sure why it smelled so funky

All Varsity Base jackets are carefully cleaned after production using an organic, non-toxic solution to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. In rare cases, some jackets may retain a stronger scent initially, especially when sealed during shipping. This normally airs out naturally once the jacket is hung in an open space.

Great transaction
The customer service was excellent! They responded to my small revisions. The quality of the varsity jacket I designed was superb. The color selection of the leathers and wool for customization was top tier. The AI program allows you to fully create what you want. I will definitely be coming back.

The turn around time set to be a 4 wk turnaround but I think I got the jacket sooner. The fact I could customize this coat was great the quality of the coat is really good ! Looks exactly how I designed it .

The coat is very nicely made
The coat is very nicely made. However, directions were not followed on how I wanted the coat made. I wanted no knit material at the bottom of the jacket, or on the cuffs or end of the sleeves. Also, I wanted the sleeves shortened 2 inches, and that wasn’t done as well. And the sleeves are too long.

Color does not look the same as online
Color does not look the same as online. I was to get a new jacket and there has been NO communication. Im guessing there will not be a new jacket sent.
A new jacket was made and turned out perfect! This company made the order right by fixing things. My child did not get to wear it to State but has been wearing it since. We hope her team makes it to State again next year but she plans to wear it to all the team activities until then. She has already been asked by multiple students at her school and just people in public where she ordered it from because they dont want to use Jostens. I hope this company continues to provide good customer service and quality jackets.

Misrepresented material
Misrepresented material. Claimed genuine leather. It’s not. On email told me was milled leather. Not the same. Over 30 days of asking to return and refund to no avail.

Printed dry milled leather is real leather that has undergone a milling process to enhance softness and natural texture, followed by an embossing process to create a consistent finish. This is a standard finishing technique used in premium leather garments.
