The entire experience of shopping on Varsity Base was absolutely wonderful. Designing the jacket was so easy and nice and I was so happy that I was able to design custom patches for the jacket because we were able to make very special patches like one based on Psalm 27:1 which says:

Of David.

1 The Lord is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?

I was also contacted later by a representative from Varsity Base to ensure that everything with the jacket was just right which I thought was so amazing because I was able to see that they are truly concerned with giving the best quality items they can and the representatives from Varsity Base that I spoke to were very kind. We have already received the jacket at this point and it is absolutely beautiful!!! The color is gorgeous and we are super happy with it. All the glory be to God that the jacket is amazing and He guided Varsity Base in what they do and in making a beautiful item, and thank you to Varsity Base for working so hard to make this experience so great!

I was a little skeptical but my sons jacket came out beautifully!! The patches were all custom to a T.. i like others was scared it would never get to me but it arrived and my son is extremely happy

The jacket is made from the finest of materials. The fit is excellent exquisite work. I love this jacket.

I customized a jacket on the website. It was almost perfect. When I received it the flag patch was the wrong color. It was supposed to be a red, black & green american flag. There was no white in it from the customized picture on the website. That's the way I wanted it, just the way it looked on the website.
I was sent a replacement patch & told there would be arrangements made with a local tailor to remove the incorrect patch & attach the correct one.
The replacement patch still wasn't right! It had white stars when the stars were supposed to be black. Also I was now told that there would be no arrangements made with a local tailor and I would have to find a way to have the patches switched on my own.
I visited my local tailor and they said they weren't able to do it. The last email I sent regarding this was 2 days ago and it hasn't been answered yet.
I spend approximately $400 on this jacket. I would appreciate if it was done correctly.

Jacket came out perfect. Prior to receiving the shipment I was extremely worried about the image and color quality as well as the size fitting. My partner opened his gift and immediately fell in love. Once he put it on I was very happy with the fit, the colors are exactly what I customized it to be. The lettering and numerical numbers all came out exactly how I made it. Thank you everyone for your hard work and dedication to completing my order and sending it out as a rush order.

This jacket is everything! Came right before my anniversary and my fiancé LOVES it! The stitching and quality is worth the wait. 10/10

I love the jackets. I just wished I would’ve done stitch better. Some of it looks a little tacky but I guess that’s my fault. I didn’t review the items the way I should’ve. I live a very busy life, but thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Five stars.

Great communication right away, appeared to be a real person conversing, but then it felt not real over time. Estimated 4 weeks to make and deliver. 8 weeks later I emailed to make sure it was still going well, the next day I received a shipment email. I did have a lot of custom accents so it could have made for a long production piece.
The jacket is beautiful! The embroidery is great, one of my patches came out a little off line but negligible. The leather and wool quality are excellent. I love all the custom elements that I chose and they deliver a great product.

My custom Varsity jacket is nicer than I expected since it was my first custom logo order. From the time I submitted the order to delivery seemed like forever; but the Varsity Base customer service team kept me updated throughout the process. It was worth the wait.
