I have never dealt with a company like Varsity base when items have been ordered via the internet. They stay in touch and are constantly updating you on your order. Their process allows you to correct any errors that you may have made in your original order or to make any changes. Again, customer service is top notch. I will order from them again

So, They stated their "Phone number is clearly stated on their home page"....Again with the misinformation, just plain lying!!! I have given my number to them several times with no response. They are now stating that the original jacket was a mistake on their end and I should have never received it...Really after getting 5 emails asking how I liked my jacket and if I could write a review about my experience...If a company doesn't have a phone number or physical location that can be verified DON'T PURCHASE!

Contacted varsity base by email and was told the mistake of Coloer of year would be fixed it was correct in order with details but still received the wrong color when jacket arrived

Had constant communication with someone as to what was going on when they started my project when it was mailed out

I’ve never done anything like this before, getting a jacket custom made online & being able to design it myself but I can say varsity base was soooooooooooo nice through the entire process down to my requests & when I told them it was for my graduation shoot they were so understanding about what I wanted & needed! When i got the jacket I was shocked like SHOCKED the quality, the feel & my designs were PERFECT down the patch that they put on the side of my jacket!!! I was so happy & I still am!!! Varsity base thank you!! So appreciative of yall work & quality ❤️

Ok got my second jacket i got to be fair to you guys,you got a good product. Like some people said on here say communication not that greatest and delivery time is a next story by its self.... but i pay all this money which is well over 500$ to have 1 patch out of 7 dull with barley any colour which makes no sense . If you ran out of ink at least refund that and don't put it on. Again I questioning ordering anything which I had a next jacket I was going to place a order. I know you guys could do better hopefully you correct this slight mistake.
