Ordered on Boxing Day

Ordered on Boxing Day, sit was horrendous and kept crashing for a start. Still haven’t received my item, says it’s in France for some reason…..emailed customer service haven’t heard anything back. Ordered something from a different company the same day maybe an hour apart and received it two days later. This was meant to be a birthday present so obviously they were disappointed. Paid £70 for these shoes and if I’d ordered them from somewhere else I’d have got them by now

Worst company I have ever dealt with in…

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Placed two different orders on Black Friday, which arrived no problem. Having picked out what I wanted to keep I then returned some of both orders. Dropping them both off together at the Yodel pick up point. 1 order has been refunded the other apparently 'hasn't been dropped off'... I contacted Yodel who advised me they needed Vans to launch an investigation, which I was lead to believe they did. I then received two subsequent emails to say they would be refunding my order (£136.50) having waited 10 days I contacted them again to say I haven't received the money in my bank, to which they advised it should be in by the end of the week...which came and went. I contacted them again and suddenly they wanted to see the receipt for the parcel I dropped off a month ago. Which I advised I no longer had as I'd thrown all of my receipts away having received the first email confirming the refund. To which they said (in very broken English) that they wouldn't not be issuing a refund!! When I rang them to complain I was told they would leave a note on my file and someone might look at it...or they might not! What is this company? Seriously

Missing order, zero customer service.

I'd also give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a jacket 6th Dec for a Christmas gift and never showed up. Tracking showing its still with sender after all this time. Yodel saying it's still with Vans, dispite getting an email telling me it had been shipped. I've sent multiple emails, tried Twitter as a last resort. Zero communication, auto responses, getting sent in circles. Customer service absolutely appalling, genuinely disappointed after having such good customer service in the past. I want my money back but can't even get in touch with anyone for a refund. Shocking.

Honestly, don't bother buying from them. Stressful and a waste of money.

Non existent customer service / lost parcel

Exactly the same experience as the other posts it seems which is worrying. Placed an order 14/12 for a Xmas present, website states 4/7 days delivery. Shipped on 14th arrived at Yodel 21/12 but not delivered. Yodel say they have lost it and I need to contact Vans. Vans do not respond to emails and their phone line just says “please try again later”.

Awful service

Order placed on 14th of December but not picked up by courier until 22nd of December. Tracking stated the order was due be delivered yesterday (27.12.23) but nothing arrived, contacted yodel who informed me the parcel had been damaged in transit and they were awaiting a response from Vans and that I would need to contact them for an update which I have tried to do but chat and contact currently unavailable on their website. Absolutely appalled, I have been a long time customer but will be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Non existent Customer Service.

Ordered shoes on 6th December. Yet to receive them and can’t speak to anyone at VANS by any method.
All I have for £120 is an auto- generated email telling me to go to their site only to be given the runaround.
They have no Customer Service - none whatsoever and now Christmas Eve is upon us and my son will have nothing to open tomorrow! (Exaggeration)
Honestly folks, this is the worst experience I have had with any retail company - needless to say, I will pursue my money and not purchase so much as a shoelace from them in future.

Ordered on Black Friday for a Christmas…

Ordered on Black Friday for a Christmas present, still not received it. I have contacted them, they said they would get in touch with Yodel and I still haven’t had an update for over a week. Ignoring my emails, can’t get on live chat or through on the phone. I paid £45 for the shoes but as I’ve not received them for Christmas I had to go to my local Schuh to buy them for £65 so I’m now out of pocket. Don’t recommend Vans at all.

Do not buy from Vans

Do not buy from Vans. Ordered on 14th and only shipped to yodel on22nd. No online support or call centre and emails not working or responding. Been buying Vans for 30 years and these were meant to be. Christmas present never again. How can such a big firm treat people like this. Oh yes all a fam while taking the money but then ghosted once payment clears.

Do not order - I’m shocked from such a high profile brand

Just don’t bother ordering. If you have to shop with them then go in store only. Ordered in plenty of time for both a birthday and Christmas. Everything seems okay and gets shipped out with Yodel (panic) - parcel reaches depot and is no where to be found since. Contacted Yodel and they admit that they have lost the parcel and there’s nothing they can do - I need to go and speak to the sender. Okay great - except that’s impossible! Nobody is replying to emails, the live chat feature is permanently unavailable and you get stuck with an AI bot that just doesn’t work, and they’ve apparently decided they’re just not opening the phone lines. Waited half an hour yesterday to be told they’re having technical difficulties and to try later. I’ve already missed the birthday and now will miss Christmas presents - and there is no way for me to get my money back from them! Thankfully I used a credit card so will be doing a chargeback.
Just don’t order with them - appreciate it’s not their fault that Yodel lost the parcel (although why use Yodel as a courier?) but their customer service is just non existent!

Site dont work

Site dont work, app dont work, cant create custome without immediate crash. Sat on helpline for ages just to be told sometime later the systems are down, cap, but okay. Looking on reddit and it seems there are posts talking about the same issues from 3 years ago.....ive never owned Vans guess the universe is telling me to not waste my money.

There is no customer service

There is no customer service when you order online so if there is an issue you will not get it resolved. I have been trying to get in touch with them for nearly 2 weeks now, but every email gets an automated response with links to websites and then says case closed, the chatbot links to FAQ and closes the chat, and the phone lines are always busy and ask you to call back later. I even went into the store but they said because it’s an online order they can’t help me.

Don t ever buy Vans products

Don t ever buy Vans products! I bought a coat for my son and a couple of months later the zipper got stuck and my son was not able to remove his coat anymore! Which was really embarrassing and annoying for him! I went to Vans to ask what can we do about that! And Emily the store manager refused to do anything about it! She was rude and lied by saying, I can t help you! I bought the coat for 240 pounds and now it is useless! Never again!

I ordered some vans hi tops but when my delivery came it was the wrong item. I contacted vans who immediately opened a case about this. A lady called Vesela in customer service kept me informed to exactly what was happening. I returned the item and my refund was actioned immediately. The reviews on here are very poor for vans but I have to say that despite the mistake, the were very helpful and fast handling it.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes off the site. They said that they are custom made!!! And would take 4-6 weeks to make. I didn’t order custom ones just standard shoes. They now state 6-8 weeks for delivery and that I can’t cancel order, because they are custom made. Absolutely shocking. Please please think twice before purchasing from this company.

I wish i could give them 0 stars, also i wish i would have read the reviews before ordering... i spent nearly £150 online with a good discount due to black Friday. I was very happy to get the final Xmas shopping done, little i knew then that the nightmare was about to start. Summarising, two weeks later, 3 calls to customer service, 2 to Yodel, emails etc and i do not know where my parcel is or when/if i will get it, vans customer service should have given me an update by today but i didnt get any email, again i will have to phone them on Monday:(( I get that parcels can get missing, especially during busy times but how the company handles the issue is what it makes the difference. As I told them if I paid for these items and they have not been delivered, the retailer should resend the parcel and problem solved (after all, they chose to use Yodel), but no, their solution is giving me a refund (god knows how long it will take to reach my bank account) and if im still interested I can pay to order them again, more expensive because black Friday is over, but apparently I have to believe they will remember to send me a price match refund 😄 !
I like the brand but it seems they have lost another customer. After reading so many bad reviews, no that they care much though.

I've placed two orders with them

I've placed two orders with them, first one said they tried to deliver and when contacted Yodel, they said to me 4 days in a row that the item would be delivered that day, they never left a card saying they attempted delivery, even though I was at home. Called Vans and they just cancelled the order. Second delivery, the exact same thing, attempted delivery, and now it says the parcel is still with Vans. They need to be more transparent about delivery, or use a different courier. Vans to me is a great company, who make very high quality clothing and shoes. I've still got the same shoes for past 5 years.. I've been wearing their stuff since 2001. I hope they sort it out. Ridiculous service for such a reputable brand.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I bought 4 items and when they sent them out Yodel ignored my delivery instructions and just left the parcel downstairs in my apartment building, Some must have stolen it from down there because I never got the items.

I spoke to Vans customer service and they just point blank refuse to do anything about it. I'm now out of pocket for £100.

I've been an avocate for the brand for years and have literally spent thousands with them. The refuse to acknowledge any sort of loyalty because of that.

It's put me completely off the brand now, they claim to be this hip brand, but they are an awful company who don't care about their customers.

Vans, you've just lost a lifelong customer.

Terrible service - gift card doesn't work

I'm very disappointed with what happened, Vans was not able to send my gift voucher to the person that I bought, and offered me a refund. That's make me very unhappy, because I really wanted to buy the product. The person didn't receive the gift on time, and still waiting, which made me feel really upset.
Now I need to buy do another gift voucher again, and wait for many days to arrive my refund. Not happy at all.
I don't recommend to anyone to buy via website.
