Awful delivery service don’t use if you want your items to arrive in less than a week.

Awful delivery service. Still haven’t even dispatched order.
I forgot how terrible Vans are at shipping.my previous order was two weeks before Christmas and didn’t arrive till mid January. They say 5ive to seven days on the website yet I’m the order confirmation they save 4 -5 days. So which is it? And does that include the time it takes to ship the item. Three days since purchase and still not even shipped.

Do not order from Vans

Do not order from Vans, you will be disappointed, they use the worst delivery company,Yodel, I waited on three separate occasions only to be told that the driver was unable to find a 140 apartment complex! Every one else manages!
Shocking really let me down

Okay.

I placed an order online and received it within three days. Several items were not to my liking and I used the Yodel return service. I was refunded within three days and was kept updated with the process via email. I had a question regarding the order and spoke with support via the online chat. Unfortunately, my issue was not fully resolved but alternative options were offered. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.

I love Vans, but…

I love Vans, they are great shoes. But their website and delivery is stuck in the past.

Slow website that will often crash on mobile.

Their standard delivery options takes AGES to get the shoes to Yodel (don’t get me started with Yodel - why companies still use them is beyond me).

I had one delivery from yodel which should have been my vans was actually a package from a completely different company - to be fair to Vans, they handled the situation really well.

Although the fact that Vans haven’t claimed this Trust pilot page and tried to manage these reviews suggest something is seriously wrong at the company and their customer service department.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered clothes, assurance on the website that the package will be delivered within 4 working days. After 4 days, writing and calling the Vans service center. After 8 days, I receive a message that they have great information for me: "your parcel has been lost, so we will refund your money within 10 days." Seriously?! is this great news? for whom? Terrible... I don't recommend it.

News about significant data breach: emailed to customers 3 months after it happened

Vans sent an email about a significant data breach affecting customer data more than 3 months after the date of the breach (which is said to have occurred on 13 Dec 2023).
Now, at the end of March, they alert customers to what is stated to have been detected on 13 Dec last year - and what precautions to do, what to watch out for.
Thank you very much, this is breathtaking and dangerous incompetence - a data breach detected on 13 Dec 2023 with the implications and risks, plus the potential fraudulent contacts hackers could have been making based on that data all this time... is notified with this vast delay.
Customers all this time could have been contacted, as detailed in the email, by those who managed to access the listed personal data.
Vans... congratulations on a monumental and extremely dangerous level of cluelessness in how to handle such an event.

Faulty sole

I bought some vans, wore them for 2 weeks and they have developed a lump in the middle of the sole, customer services have refused to replace them.
I've been a customer for years, have owned many pairs, I will not buy another pair of Vans again and I won't buy them for my children.

Not recieved refund

spend £100 on shoes.
Was cancelled by the staff because they cant take stock. Got a more expensive pair. After 2 weeks and a terrible delivery company.
They were to small and a horrible material.
2 weeks later they still have not refunded me

Brilliant customer service!!

I called the customer services team for help after the person I had been emailing suddenly stopped responding. Feeling frustrated, I decided to call Customer Services instead.
And I am so glad I did. Within minutes I was talking to Georgi Manalov and he couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to read through the emails and listen to me before offering an explanation.
Thank you Vans for having a good and accessible customer service team.

Really poor customer service seems to…

Really poor customer service seems to be the order of the day!
I bought a t shirt, worn it a handful of times, washed according to the washing instructions and it’s shrunk. Despite two separate attempts by customer service to resolve, their warranty department have declined to do anything stating I’ve not followed the instructions!! No other explanation or discussion!
Looks like the quality of their products has reduced over time but the price hasn’t! Won’t be buying from them again - what a shame, was an avid fan but the last lot of stuff I’ve had is as poor quality as a cheap high street shop!!

Brought snowboard boots over £300 they…

Brought snowboard boots over £300 they didn’t fit even though on website says true to size. So brought bigger size. Returned the others with yodal they said they didn’t receive them without tracking number. I lost receipt so got the tracking from the shop who also gave us cctv of us posting it. Still won’t refund the money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Awful!
We’ve spent thousands with VANS over the years. Never again.

I wouldn't given them a star at all. Appalling Customer Services. Will never buy from them again. When I was notified that there was an extended delivery period I immediately cancelled my order saying that I didn't want to wait that long. Lack of personal contact and generic Q&A's that don't fit the situation. If a company takes payment immediately - refunds should not take an 'eternity'.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Returned shoes due to sizing, have confirmation that received return 16th January, still waiting refund. Trying to contact them is near impossible. Eventually found an email service but simply automated response with info same info as on the website re time frame which not met. Last time I buy from Vans.

Appalling Customer Experience

Absolutely appalling customer experience!!! Their couriers lost my parcel but the Vans customer service team was not interested one bit in helping. I’m left £120 out of pocket with no goods. Awful company… it’s the first and last time I ever buy Vans again!

My husband bought a trainers one month…

My husband bought a trainers one month ago and he never received them. He had wasted the money and one month speaking with Vans and the company doesn’t want to give his money back and they don’t care about the situation. They are thieves and never we and our relatives will buy again a Vans. Awful service, costumer service and there are a lot other brands to use. Completely unacceptable.

Buying a van

I bought a citroen relay from Vanity vans, I had a few teething problems, as soon as I got in touch with Monty he was extremely helpful and arranged for repairs immediately. I would highly recommend Vanity vans if your looking to purchase a van as Monty is a top guy and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Cheers Roy Dove

Trying to make a large order for my…

Trying to make a large order for my son, website keeps crashing, when you do finish and go to check out, products not in stock at all, but it will let you add them in your cart. Very disappointing from vans and being such a big brand name. I will take my money elsewhere
