He kept things professional while staying friendly, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure at any point, which is often a concern when dealing with sales.

Visited the dealership to pick up my new car. Ash was very friendly and professional throughout. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the details. The handover process was smooth, with plenty of care given to setting things up properly before I left. It felt well-organised, and they were polite and easy to talk to during the visit. I appreciated how much effort was made to go through all the features of the car without rushing.

I called to collect my new vehicle from V12 Hinckley and had the following issues.

1 - Car jack and wheel change kit were promised but not in the car - the only option was to take it from my part ex car.
2 - Tyre compressor and accessories were promised but not in the car. They removed from other cars and put in my new one.
3 - Spare tyre had been included as requested but the boot floor would fit. So had to remove that.
4 - One of the two keys wouldn't open the new car -a new battery was needed and found in the office.
5 - Message to advise that a service is needed was displayed in the car - I wasn't made aware of that. V12 agreed to make a contribution to that cost - Still waiting for that money to be received 1 week later.
6 - I was asked to sign some handover paperwork for a different car, the V12 handover team member had not checked before giving it to me.
6 - Handover process took nearly 3 hours with all these issues.
7 - The whole V12 team appeared too busy, running around and not really in control.

In my opinion the sales team had not passed on what was agreed and the V12 team need to pay more attention and not just focus on a quick sale turnaround.

Good point - So far the car is working well.

A great helpful experience

I recently brought a car from v12 and it was an amazing experience. Ben was our sales guy and he was did such a wonderful job. He was easy to talk to, helpful, friendly and made the experience such a smooth, pleasant journey.

Harby was great, helpful and informative. And the lovely guy who sorted my tax out for me called I think parvinder was really patient soft and gentle, I felt at ease at this garage which I never had at any other garage, they really did go above and beyond, a female lone customer who has no idea about cars could be a easy target to be miss sold too but I really felt like I got a good deal and had all my questions answered and they took the time to show me everything in the car, very happy customer

Love my experience buy my new car

i purchased a plug in hybrid Skoda Octavia on 15th August 2026 with a glowing AA report.
unfortunately i purchased it through my limited company which take away my right of return!!!!
vehicle broke down within 1 week as the 12v battery failed and the was was recovered to a garage who fitted a new battery which v12 paid for (Thank You)
then the vehicle started experiencing major high voltage battery problems (PHEV BATTERY)
so again i contacted V12 and asked for help and they said book it in with a specialist !!
could only find Skoda main dealer who said i would have to pay £150 up front and could kook at it on 21st Sept so over 4 weeks away, so again i contacted V12 who told me they would find someone sooner and would call me back in 2 hours, this took 6 days and i was told they could not find a specialist that deals with PHEV vehicles, so again i called skoda who now could not investigate until 1st October so this left £10295 out of pocket for a car that did not drive for at least 6 weeks after purchasing it.
i tried to exchange for a dearer model with v12 but they didn't want a problem car back so basically TUF!
anyway to cut a long story short they offered me £285 for my hassle and i accepted it just to get rid of the nightmare and the stress
so today 9th sept i have sold the car to a advertised car buyer for £8600 so in just over 3 weeks i have lost £1695 plus the fact i had to put a full set of rear brakes on the car AA inspection showed all was fine so again long story short (these cowboys would sell you a dead horse and tell you it was sleeping) so steer clear at all cost because they JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

VERY MUCH A GAMBLE

You would think with buying a car from a garage, you have a bit of support or something to lean back on should there be a problem or something go wrong.

Thats not the case with these.

They seem to do nothing with the car, a few ticks on an AA handover sheet is the most.

We brought a car for my 16 year old son. Viewed it one day, put down a deposit and went to collect a few days later.

On collecting it, it took about an hour to get the car and get it cleaned.

We were taken to the handover stage - still hadn’t seen the car. They got my 16 year old son to sign to say he’d inspected the car when they hadn’t even shown it is. (And yes I should be monitoring him) he was handed and signed the paperwork before looking and when I had a go at him about not reading it, I was told not to worry - it’s just a formality.

After doing all the paperwork, we were handed keys and told the car was outside on the side of the road.

Number plate was just about hanging on, and we had to go back over to get someone to reattach it.

We didn’t notice at that point however there was a chip in the windscreen.

Only when we got in the car and started to drive home did we see something, which I hoped was a squashed bug. When we stopped to fill up and confirmed it was a chip, we contacted them and as we had signed the pre delivery inspection, then it was on us. 🙄

There is no way when cleaning that car that they didn’t see that chip. And trying to check a car at the side of the road there is just isn’t do able.

All seems very underhand from them.

Maybe it was the chip they were trying to hide, or the broken key - who knows.

Otherwise we are lucky - the car mechanically seems fine (touch wood)

Their after-sales support is worthless.

Excellent service from V12 Sports! Mo was fantastic from start to finish—professional, friendly, incredibly accommodating, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
