After being messed around a little by somebody else Dee managed to complete the sale to my satisfaction

Could not fault our experience at Winsford FOW. We saw Ewan amazing knowledge of everything we asked very helpful & polite not at all pushy like a lot of car sales people. If you go to the above FOW ask to able to deal with Ewan.

Only downside was the wait in the seating area was way too long

Second time we have purchased a car from here. So straight forward, well trained courteous staff, top marks to Carla Harding who dealt with our sale.

Very happy with the service at FOW. You can view cars without anyone breathing down your neck, but there is a consultant always at hand when you need assistance. I’ve recently purchased a Ford Kuga from there & the consultant, Carla was very friendly & professional.

What a helpful guy immeran was he helped me out on everything and made my purchasing a new car a breeze. I will definitely use FOW again if they employ people like him. Also all the rest of the team that I crossed paths along with the people on the desk all superb.

I enquired about a vehicle priced at £17,199, after various back and forth via email I noticed the price had increased by £200, as I’d enquired while it was at the lower price I asked for it to be matched to which I was told this was not going to happen even though the delay in purchasing the vehicle was down to the lack of communication from FOW, I was promised a video of the vehicle within 48 hours (I was unable to go in person due to just having a c-section), this arrived after 4 days and numerous emails chasing! Emails were ignored and had to resend them a number of times! I was advised that the car prices are increased and decreased (I bet this doesn’t happen often) in line with the fluctuations of the market! The profit margin was sufficient at the original price so it’s just greed increasing the prices! Whilst £200 doesn’t seem a lot when purchasing something so expensive, it’s less of a loss to a big company like FOW and actually makes a massive difference when you’re on maternity pay!!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from FOW and the experience second time a round is not as good.
Even though we were cash purchases we felt that we were getting pushed into taking out a small loan which we did not want to do? I pointed out some issues with the vehicle we purchased but not all the issues were put right even though Darrell assured us they would be. Having not owned a Seat Alhambra before I did not know what should have come with the vehicle, like the filling bottle for the Addblue, a separate removable floor section behind the third row of seats which in hindsight I seen in the other Alhambra and Sharan that were on site. Finally i was told it had Appleplay which it hasn’t and on asking my local Seat dearlership it will be a cost to me of £310 to install the requirements?
So I feel 3 stars of me is being generous!

I was really pleased with the whole experience. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy / there was no hard sell both with a car and the additional extras. Once I had decided upon a car Liam was really helpful and knowledgeable. I was given a good price for my part exchange. I highly recommend using FOW. I have used them before and will do again.
