Absolute fraud company. Had them come to service a washing machine. Tech told us the repair cost and that a new washer would be equivalent to fixing. They had some new ones for sale and would deliver in 4 days on Thursday. That day was a call with an excuse, but would deliver Monday morning. We called them Monday after no-shows; they said definitely that evening. It never came, they didn't call next day, and we tried to call the following day after that. No answer, no communication, no washer and out $750.
USA sends out a different company to service, and they are the ones you deal with. Like a previous review I didn't see until after the fact, the USA website changes phone numbers every day. The servicing repair company has its own number and a VERY rude female on the other end of the phone. (A.R.E.A Appliance Repair)

in the evening Mechanic from USA Appliance repair came and gave price for labor of defrost cleaning $500 when office was contacted in the morning for price clarification, customer representative told me " you are not asking for price in restaurant of tomato/cucumber salad why it cost $20" I asked to be connected to mechanic supervisor and was told that someone will call me back. Since no one called back I called myself. Multiple representatives were denying that their name is USA appliance repair and were denying their correct phone number that listed on their site including name that listed on their site. Mechanic provided invoice that had only his name and it was impossible to read company name. They do fraud. Be careful of them

This website is 100% a scam. They connect you with fraudulent repair techs that will rip you off. If I could rate at zero stars I would. The phone number on the website changes every day or so, and there are no reviews or history of this company online. I called and the automated system connects you with someone in your local area. The tech that came to service my refrigerator took a down payment and then completely disappeared.
