Scammers! I scheduled an appointment, fridge not working. Victor at main office was very nice. Day of service, no call, no one showed up. I called, a different rep said " no one available to come to your area, we tried calling". Total lie. Don't use this company
Fraudulent company, Please do not use
Fraudulent company. Charged for diagnostics for dishwasher without any actual diagnosis or ever opening the instrument panel. Refused to follow up when I purchased parts through the company as my dishwasher was under warranty. Terrible customer service.
Best Service Ever
In my 50 years of dealing with appliance repair I have to say this company is out standing in there response to call...knowledgeable and through repairmen..and price is so readonable..you get a 3 month warranty if appliance still not working..I can't say enough great things about these people..wanted to share because I was just ripped off for a 400.00 dryer vent cleaning that I didn't realize they never cleaned correctly..USA appliance repairs actually had to clean my vent again... and 3rd time sacrament out dryer still not getting hot they had to adjust thermostat so total i paid 240.00 will definitely use them again 5 STARS*****
Total scam
Total scam. PayPal pays an individual, contact info is generic and their email account is bogus. I got a refund from PayPal. I did research about this site, and originally it came back as legit. Yep, it’s legitimately a scam.
Poorest service I ever had.
The person that came out did not know how to get the front panels off of a dryer. after about 45 minutes, he got it off. he changed all the rollers and one pulley. He left a mess and the panel he had trouble getting off was not put back on properly and fell off when I touched it. I called him back out and he got it attached. He never reattached door springs. the panel is still about 3/8' below where it is supposed to be. USA Appliance Repair is a ripoff.
I wish I had seen these reviews before…
I wish I had seen these reviews before calling. I paid a service fee for a brief and unconvincing diagnosis. The technician stated there was no gas flow and quoted a $2,200 repair without clearly identifying the issue. When I contacted the office to ask how the estimate was determined, I did not receive a clear explanation. Long story short, I saved $2050 using a neighborhood handyman and it’s running brand new. CASH GRAB AND SCAMMERS😡
I don't recommend in 2026
I called these people 3 times and each time they gave me different answers. That's extremely childish and unnecessary that you are working somewhere and you don't have proper training or knowledge and just don't care. I called about a refrigerator malfunctioning and they claimed they serviced my area and could come out today. Called again today and they claim they don't service the area. Called AGAIN and the person claimed they did. They just want money and to waste peoples time not showing up
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! Sent out a VERY unprofessional person who noshowed the repair and charged a ridiculous amount of money.
BIG SCAM BEWARE
Repair person came to house (spoke very broken English) very hard to understand supposedly fixed dishwasher, charged $431.82. Asked for receipt refused to give one tried dishwasher did not work. Tried to contact immediately could not get anyone the first time I called got hung up on the 2nd and 3rd time . Disputed charge with Discover they are investigating charge on hold. The company then ran the same charge approximately ten days later. They stole my card number to run charge again. Once again it is being disputed. DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM . IT IS A BIG SCAM.
Very poor service say they fix anything…
Very poor service say they fix anything Is SO wrong! Don't waste your time also the customer service is rude just hangs up
Very aggressive and wanted an explanation.
I called for service and then called back to cancel and was given a very hard time about why?? I Do Not Have to give a reason , just cancel it. Checked my CC and of course I'm on the hook for a service fee. Someone called back and Again, wanted to know why?? I just said its working again and was told the hold on my card would be reversed. We shall see. Any service this aggressive is NOT the one youre looking for.
Does ineffective service mean 'poor service'
30 month Old Frigidaire side by side fridge/freezer
The technician visited once, claimed there was nothing wrong with the fridge, everything was working properly and left after charging a "service" charge, suggesting the tenant had likely left the freezer door open, accounting for the accumulation of water under the unit and items in the freezer melting.
Four days later the fridge is making a loud noise which was later determined to be a fan by the technician on his second visit. He ordered the fan and came to install it, and within 48 hours the fridge is back to making the noise again, with items in the freezer melting. Clearly the problem was not fixed. During this visit of 3 ½ hours he called the owner of the company to explain the problem he was having difficulty fixing. The owner’s response was “Stick a {profanity} tooth pick in it….” .
The technician was scheduled to come again and in our telcon while he was on his way, I told him I was not prepared to put in another 3 1/2 hours unless he knew how to solve the problem. After suggesting it might be the compressor, or the evaporate coils, or maybe the mainboard, he asked if I just wanted to buy another fridge, and that MCE would credit back the charges which would go a long way to covering the cost of a new fridge. There was no point in him visiting again as he clearly had no idea what he was doing in regard to this 2 1/2 year old Frigidaire fridge, and I accepted his offer to return what I had already been charged.
I had to chase MCE several times to get them to make good on the commitment to return what I had already paid, and eventually they did return $249. The had charged $140 for the first visit and a further $433.97 for a repair that did not work. Their rationale was that they could not return the part to their supplier once it had been opened. I have the part that was removed, Panasonic FDQB38ELC. It can be bought on Amazon for anywhere from $20 to $93. Either way, their repair did not work, so I still paid a lot for nothing.
I subsequently had the fridge properly repaired by a different company, they charged $250.
Gave me a time slot between 9am and…
Gave me a time slot between 9am and 12noon. No one showed up. Called got through after several attempts of being re-routed to another company. The lady said the tech was running late. Got here at 1pm. Said he needed to order a part and would be back here Thursday the 15th. Never showed. No calls, nothing.
Have been trying to get in touch with the company but keep getting all different kinds of other companies instead.
Getting frustrated. I will call my credit card company and cancel my security deposit.
-5 Stars - Scam Company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ve been warned. When you call USA Appliance Repair, it rolls to the next available contractor. We were connected with Dallas Appliance Repair and Carlos Ruiz was the technician who was supposed to fix our gas cooktop. He never showed up when he said he would (he had to make several trips due to “ordering parts”). He never called when he said he would to update us on the status of parts and ultimately took $525 from us and DID NOT FIX the issue. We also never received new knobs for the cooktop that we paid for. We could have bought a new cooktop for what we paid this guy and it was painful every step of the way. Instead, call Professional Appliance @ 972-532-7579. We ended up only needing a simple part that was less than $200. Our tech from Professional Appliance was professional and honest.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, avoid this company at all cost! The technician tried to fix the ice machine in my fridge, said it would take a couple of days to “get going” and asked for Zelle payment. I paid in good faith, and still two months later haven’t seen a single ice cube. Technician is refusing to refund me my money. Awful customer service, and shitty workmanship.
Owner demanded cash/Zelle, no invoice, and threatened police—feels like a broker gouge
I hired USA Appliance Repair to reattach a dryer vent and apply my refrigerator’s water housing. On the initial call, the woman on the phone-who later said she was the owner-told me there was no service fee and quoted $119 labor for the fridge work and inserting the dryer vent. When the technician arrived, he didn’t fix the fridge at all and suddenly the dryer vent reattach (with parts I already had) was $219.
From there it spiraled: I received repeated calls demanding immediate payment while I was driving, with promises to email me an invoice that never arrived—nothing in my inbox and nothing in spam. Despite that, I was told they only accept cash or Zelle, and when I said I would pay after receiving a written, itemized invoice, the same “owner” threatened to call the police over what was obviously a civil billing dispute in which I had no invoice to review.
In my opinion, this doesn’t operate like a straightforward local service company; it reads like a remote broker/dispatcher play—find a low-cost tech, mark the job up five or six times, avoid normal documentation, and lean on intimidation to extract untraceable payment. No written estimate before the price change, no invoice after multiple promises, cash/Zelle only, and a police threat when I insisted on basic paperwork—every piece of that points to a system designed to pressure payment without transparency.
Reputable companies provide clear written estimates, itemized invoices, and standard payment options before demanding money. I received none of that, and my refrigerator still wasn’t repaired. My advice: avoid, and choose a provider that puts everything in writing, accepts normal payment methods, and doesn’t weaponize phone calls when you ask for a simple invoice.
CALL YOUR LOCAL APPLIANCE REPAIR NOT THIS SCAM
I called for service and a man with a white pick up truck with no form of ID on his truck or on him came
to my home for a scheduled appointment and spoke very little English and did not know what he was doing.I could not communicate with him at all.
SCAM. This is a fraud company using another…
This is a fraud company using another company's name. When I called to ask about their service calls, the man who barely spoke English rushed me wanting to know "if I wanted to schedule a service call or not." When I asked how much the service call would be, he said "ma'am we don't provide estimates over the phone" and hung up on me. They are using another reputable company's name, and should have their website taken down.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They charge $120 for a service call to come out with no parts to be able to fix anything. They charge 3x what the part costs, plus 1/2 the repair charge just to approve scheduling the repair. Then if you want to cancel the repair, (less than 2 hours later) they charge you a 35% restocking fee when they didn't have the part in the first place, plus double the shipping charge.
