Allo has become one of the tools I rely on every day to stay organized and responsive with my clients. Before using it, I often had to jump between notes, call logs, and messages to remember where each conversation stood. Now, every call is automatically summarized and transcribed, which saves me a significant amount of time and makes follow-ups much easier.

Allo answers our missed calls live! And instead of wasting time chasing voicemails, we just read the conversation summaries it creates for us and follow up with clients instantly. It saves us hours and completely eliminates missed leads!

It was super easy to use and to integrate to my workflows. I loved how easy is to get going with the MCP and how Allo data gets synced automatically to my CRM.

The business plan is very affordable and has a lot of features. I have all the calls in my CRM and I can call directly from there, so I have all I need! And the product is constantly improving which is nice. Support is also very reactive!

Before using it, I was using my personal phone, and it wasn't great (especially the note-taking part of the process).

Since I've set up Allo, my calls are automatically recorded (including my cold calls), and everything flows to Attio (my CRM). It saves me 3 hours/week.

It looks like the product is evolving fast as well, which I like.

It's a phone system that works how it's supposed to, which sounds like a low bar until you've dealt with the alternatives. But what really sets Allo apart is the support. Response times are fast, and the founders themselves jump in when needed. That level of care shows in the product too. My feature requests didn't disappear into a void, they actually got build. KEEP IT UP!!!

Do not use this company after cancelling my contract with them they continue to take out money and will not refund or respond, do not use for any service.

This fraudulent company completely ignores its customers and provides no real support. Once they take your money, they stop responding to emails, phone calls, or messages. Their so-called “support team” either doesn’t exist or deliberately avoids helping customers. Even when you try to reach out multiple times, they never reply or give meaningless, automated responses that don’t solve anything. It’s clear they are only interested in taking payments, not in delivering products or services or supporting customers afterward.
