Excellent service. I was struggling to identify an older composite door multipoint lock with no visible manufacturer markings. After sending photos and measurements, Allan responded quickly, identified it as an Avantis lock and explained the available slam-shut replacement options. Knowledgeable, helpful and saved me a lot of time and guesswork. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've ordered a complete multipoint ERA door lock from this company to replace a faulty lock. The item was dispatched as promised with a very reasonable charge for FedEx next working day delivery. What was particularly impressive, on both occasions, was how well these long and fragile locks were packaged, being screwed to a long plank of wood and covered in protective wrapping. A straightforward swap of the identical part, completed in minutes. Perfect.

Had a broken door lock multipoint, checked internet, too many listed, I was out of my comfort zone.
Found an add for Pvcu Spates 4 Repairs, took off the old lock and travelled 10 miles to there premises.
Don’t let the exterior put you off, this place is incredible, the amount of stock held is unrealistic, I would guess they could cover every eventuality.
In my case Michael, not that one the other one, repaired my lock mechanism for me, and the cost was staggeringly cheap,
I also managed to have a chat with Michael yes that one, great guys both of them.
Part of Gardinia windows, I will certainly put them on my preferred supplier list for future business.

I needed a replacement door locking mechanism, and Spares4Repairs were the best value. I'd received it less than 24 hours after ordering. When I received my part I was struggling to change the latch direction so I emailed the business asking for help. Within a few minutes my phone was ringing and it was Michael the company chairman phoning to give assistance. Great customer service!

I decided to replace my broken front door handle, a job well above my pay grade. Allan patiently and very promptly replied to my endless emails, helped me to choose the correct product, and sent me a video link showing how to install it. Great job, thank you.

I ordered a lock from upvc but entirely got the spec wrong. Totally my fault. I spoke to Michael who was totally brilliant. He swiftly despatched the correct one and refunded my original lock. Brilliant company to deal with.

Replacement door mechanism. I emailed with pictures on the old lock and they responded in minutes with a viable replacement as my old lock was obsolete. I ordered for next day delivery and again the product was dispatched with in minutes. It arrived next day the and fitted as described in the 1st email. Just 1st class service would use the again.

Sent them photos of the lock in my French door. Immediate reply with the right replacement lock. When I asked more questions they were happy to answer them. Took 10 minutes to remove and fix the new mechanism because of their help. Lock cost was competitively priced as well

Ordered at 19:05 Monday, shipped by 08:10 on the Tuesday and arrived well packaged the next day. Great service. The part was as described, a decent price and exactly what I needed and fit well. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, advice, and response to queries.
They were able to offer me a replacement gearbox for the lock on my door which was originally fitted in 2007. Allan responded very promptly to my enquiry, offering a suitable replacement. I ordered the gearbox that afternoon and received it next day.
The company has excellent informative videos on YouTube to enable you to successfully strip and replace the broken part.
This was my first contact with the company and I have no hesitation in saying they are the best company I have dealt with in recent years.

The part I received was either poor quality or used and clearly hadn’t been checked before they sent it to me. They refunded me the cost of the part but not the return postage so I was out of pocket. Really disappointing.

I had been having difficulty finding the right seals for my old windows. I saw the ad on Instagram and gave this company a call. I forwarded some photos, and within the hour, they had found the replacement seals and handles that I needed to give my windows some TLC. Excellent service, thank you.

This is a go to place for advice and support. I had a problem with a broken lock on our conservatory. They helped me identify the correct part, provided quick response support by email (Thank you Michelle, Allen), and shipped the part within 24 hours - I received it the very next day - In a nutshell and excellent service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with.We needed a new lock etc for our door,and didn’t have a clue what to order..I sent an email got a reply back in minutes asking for some photos which I sent.Alan got straight back to me with a link to everything that would be required.Placed the order,but experienced a hiccup with DHL,who seemingly lost the goods.Contacted Upvc spares who wasted no time in sending a replica order and also refunding me the express delivery I had paid for initially.Thank you so much for all your help and guidance.
