Easy to use and quality good.

Easy to find what was wanted, service good with ability to have all locks matched to one set of keys, everything arrived and worked exactly as expected. Only minor downside was the price ratcheted itself up with services, tax, postage so headline price didn't reflect final price as closely as I expected on first viewing.

I ordered blank keys from the website which were useless.

I ordered blank keys from the illustration on the website. When they arrived, I found that the front of the key (as illustrated) matches my original but the back of the key (not illustrated) does not match. So the blanks purchased are useless. However, Lockstation were most helpful and provided a full refund.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear the key blanks were not correct for you.

We completely understand your frustration, especially where the front of the key looked correct from the illustration but the rear profile did not match your original key. We’re sorry there were not more images shown on the listing to make this clearer.

Most of our customers who purchase blank keys are locksmiths, key cutting shops, or trade customers who usually identify the correct blank from the key profile name. That said, we absolutely appreciate that this can be confusing if you are matching visually from the photos alone.

Please do get in touch with us directly and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve this for you. We offer returns, so we can arrange for the blanks to be returned and either issue a refund or help you find the correct part.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to put this right, as this could have been resolved very quickly had we been contacted before the review was left.

horrific

Calls between 10am and 2pm only but I couldn't get through. Tried on two separate days with no luck. Chat wasn't accepting messages either.

Went ahead and bought some things on their site and all of them were out of stock. Why advertise items you don't have? Customer project is set back and so is my wallet.

Look closely at the reviews - the 5* all have some issue with this company. Please try elsewhere.

We do offer email support, and we always aim to reply as quickly as possible. Regarding the live chat, we are not aware of any reported issues with it not accepting messages, but we will certainly look into this. We are also introducing WhatsApp support soon, as we know this is a preferred contact method for many customers.

Unfortunately, like many businesses, we can occasionally experience rare stock errors. When this happens, customers should be notified and given the option of either a refund or a lead time, depending on the item.

Really pleased with my new locks

Really pleased with my new locks. They look fantastic Easy to use website with easy options for payment and very good prices. Great customer service especially since I had lots of questions and a return I had was dealt with swiftly (my fault for not measuring properly.) Will definitely use again if I need more locks.

I only ordered one lock but got 3 have…

I only ordered one lock but got 3 have paid
Tried phoning many times got held on line for a while then horrendous noise cuts me off many many times gave up trying to communicate with a human in the end. But 3 locker padlocks should last me until I die
