Amazing service, john came out and opened and fixed the lock on the back door and even went the extra mile and fixed the front door lock with no extra charge

5 ⭐️ Service from the moment Jonathan answered the phone, he was very polite and asked exactly what the problem was. He arrived within the hour, explained what the job would entail and what the cost would be, he was never pushy and left the final decision to me. Very reasonable price so went ahead with the job, completed to a very high standard with minimal mess or disruption. Jonathan cleaned everything away when finished and you wouldn’t know he had even been.
Would definitely recommend, thank you for everything.

From the moment they arrived, until they finished, they were professional and friendly, which made me feel at ease and less anxious. In situations like this, you need to feel calm and that's exactly how I felt with this company. The were honest and explained everything. My key snapped in my front door lock so called this locksmiths and WOW what a service,Jonathan his name is wonderful polite guy very quick and tidy replaced my lock very reasonably priced,I was in my house within under the hour,I would highly recommend this company the quality of service was second to none VERY SATISFIED!!
