Had an issue with a Brake caliper which was resolved with promptly by great customer service from Al and amazing mechanical skill from Martin. Thanks for all your help and support first class service

I needed a Fazua Ride50 Trail Drive unit and 250X battery. At about £1000, although expensive, these were the best price I could find online. They were delivered the day after ordering - so far so good. I was disappointed to discover that nothing happened when I installed the motor/battery and tried it out. After a period of grief/irritation I discovered that the configuration data, after connection to my computer, had not been set. After ringing Upgrade I was told they sold the motors as ‘blanks’ and I needed to contact Fazua. After another two days I had a call with Fazua in Germany and they reconfigured the motor online. They also said that Upgrade shouldn’t have sold a ‘blank’. There is nothing on the Upgrade website about having to get the motor configured yourself.

Needed a thru-axle for my fork which is a niche size. Found it on the Upgradebikes website. Ordered Sunday, order processed on Monday and I fitted the axle into my bike on Tuesday by lunchtime. That's great service, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service re spares. And the bikes are good.

Rebuilt my thomson dropper post and fitted new cartridge. Post now works like new. Turnaround was only 4 days. Very pleased.

Upgrade Bikes are a bike part distributor. For example Lezyne bike lights. If you read reviews you will see there are many bike parts they are the distributor for.
Had a problem with a Lexyne rear light and I was asked to send it back by Rupert, within two days it was returned , new battery.
One cannot expect better service than that

I needed to replace my Abus helmet (purchased via Amazon 8 months earlier) following a crash. The Gamechanger 2 helmet probably saved me from a serious head injury. Abus referred me to Upgrade Bikes as their UK agent. Martin, the service manager, communicated with me quickly and clearly and I received the replacement helmet (50% RRP) in super quick time. Excellent customer service from Upgrade and Abus.

Great company to deal with. Emailed me the day they received my seat post and two days later when repaired and serviced. Reasonable cost, paid online. Arrived two days later. Faultless.

Recently used Upgrade Bikes for service of a Thomson dropper post. Turn-around was super-quick – effectively next-day and service manager Martin Gibbs was kind enough to point out that my fix would be covered under warranty, which I hadn't noticed. Saved £125. Post returned looking immaculate and feeling tight. Couldn't have hoped for more.

In my opinion, Upgrade Bikes must have the best customer service in the industry!!
They just went way over and above what I had hoped for in helping me to sort out a problem with my Lezyne light!

I asked whether Upgrade Bikes were able to replace the battery in my bike light, which is about 8 years old. They serviced and sorted the light and returned it promptly FOC! These guys were really helpful in getting me sorted with a relatively minor problem with my Lezyne light. They happily sourced a small part that wasn’t advertised anywhere online and got me up a running again free of charge and posted the part to me immediately. Great customer service.
