Really Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff
Really Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff, made me feel really valued. Came out to measure for me and then provided me with a quote, and accommodated all my needs and made sure I was happy. I’ve been to the store a few times and will definitely return again. I saw that they sad rugs, and off cuts that I could take away which is really helpful when having pets in the house

Good experience however the carpet…
Good experience however the carpet fitters tried to steal the excess carpet which I had paid for. Be careful as I had 2 whole rolls which I can make use of, but if I had not realised they would have driven away. They did get defensive when I told them.

Very disappointed with the outcome had…
Very disappointed with the outcome had carpet fitted they forgot the door trims time 4 having to wait over a week for them to return and finish the job left the place a mess returned from work looking forward to seeing my carpet only having to clean up and hoover will not be recommending to anyone

I visited twice as my original choice…
I visited twice as my original choice was out of stock and it would have been a long wait to order from the warehouse. Both visits all the staff were really helpful. I had fitting as well and the guy was also very good. Unfortunately for me my dog chewed the carpet on the bottom step after 1 week so will have to get that sorted at some point!
I had laminate downstairs and carpet for stairs and landing. Very happy with both. Flooring really makes a difference to the home. Thanks to all the helpful and patient workers in the shop and the floor fitter.

Very happy with our flooring…
We got laminate flooring from the Leicester branch and it’s good value for money looks beautiful and the fitting guy was excellent did a fantastic job. Will definatley be going back to get more rooms done in the future :) very happy :)

False advertisement
False advertisement. I went 4 weeks ago and I was quoted for £26.99 per sqm. You would assume now that there is half price promotion that the same carpet would have a discount applied. In fact, NO the original price has been increase to £55.99 thus 50% brings it back to the original price I was quoted. So I leave you readers to figure out if this is deception And false advertisement thus the breach of a

Superb tradesman fitted our dining room…
Superb tradesman fitted our dining room laminate floor.
He took the trouble to do some extra work, which was not expected. By fitting the flooring under the skirting boards which made it the finished job and therefore did not require the beading. Totally professional tidy looking job.
He tidied up after himself. Brillant!

Used united carpets on a few occasions always very friendly, reliable and do a good job. Most recently fitted my daughters bedroom carpet which looks great! Reasonably priced and quick to fit would highly recommend

No communication
No communication. Even after I chased several times to confirm delivery and fitting date I was let down. No empathy from anyone and I was told to put the 2 bedrooms that I had emptied as requested back together if we (including children) had no where to sleep for 3 nights. Absolutely disgusting service

Awful Service
I booked in for a carpet to be fitted, waited in all day for the driver to then contact me saying the job had been cancelled. I lost a full fridge freezer full of food due to this.
