Absolutely brilliant service! Ben Wheeler, Harry Butler Jack Bennett and Thomas Humphreys all helped me with my queries and resolved the issue I was having. LED lights are lovely and work perfectly in my cinema room! Thank you all!

I needed a driver for cooker hood leds.
Tried the usual appliance spares bods who wanted all sorts of numbers. Even after giving them every number on ID sticker they wanted more numbers! What was really annoying was they wouldn't accept a photo of ID.
Found Ulta LEDs. Told them what I needed and they supplied a driver, which cost less than £10! I now have lights again.
Very quick and courteous service from Mr Humphreys.

Sophie was my point of contact with my order. She did all that she could to try and resolve the part that I needed. I chose the wrong item but nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this company and that’s something that I don’t normally do.

Tom was very helpful and friendly. He corrected my error in selecting the wrong driver without being patronising. Everything was handles swiftly and efficiently.

Purchasing LED lighting solutions can be very confusing given there are so many options on the market and compatibility between components is not always clear. I've used UltraLEDs on several occasions now and found it best to contact them direct and explain what your trying to achieve. The sales team are very helpful coming up with a solution and will provide a bespoke quotation. This ensures you have all the correct items prior to installation and can save a lot of frustration & additional cost if your electrician has to stop work due to missing cables, connectors or wrong drivers etc. Prices are competitive but make sure you spend at least £75 each time to get free delivery.

I've made several purchases recently and all of the products have been excellent in both their quality and functionality. My thanks go to Thomas for helping out with a recent delivery issue (not their fault, entirely down to their carrier). It's refreshing to find someone who actually takes ownership of the problem and sorts it out for you rather than telling you to contact the courier yourself.

Speaking to Tom today who was an absolute diamond and helped me to order all the items needed for my project, will definitely be a returning customer!!

For an unexperienced installer like me when it comes to LEDs, DAVE STIRLING is an absolute man of a wonder. Answered my questions precisely and guided me all throughout. The products are bang on top quality. Well packaged and came in a timely manner. Ill be looking to order again on my next renovation project.

Bought some festoon string lights from this company, delivered on time and worked great. Unfortunately, after 3 months, the remote control stopped working. I contacted customer services and had an excellent experience, very helpful and sent replacement part promptly at no additional cost. Will definitely use this company again.

Poor products. Two failed lamps these were replaced now another one failed. No where close to rated hours. Poor.

Great Product! SUPER QUICK and Fast Delivery!

Great product and delivery on time. Disappointing that the power cable was not included so had to spend an extra fiver at B&q rather than delay the project.

Having installed an LED strip system into a garden for a customer which they were delighted with unfortunately, after 6 months one section failed. I contacted Ultra and provided a description and pictures to show the issue. My point of contact was very helpful and after concluding that I needed a replacement for this section arranged for a replacement to be sent directly to site for me to install. Other products sourced from Ultra have all been installed and are working well at the customers installation. I will definitely be using Ultra again and will recommend them to new clients based on the dealings I have had and the quality of their products and after service.

First, the prices are too high, we pay probably half the price of Facebook for advertising.

And it’s not the fastest that comes, when or how.
Not good I don’t recommend it would be zero, I would give it 0. And so one star.
