He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave honest, helpful advice that made it much easier to understand what would work best for my usage. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hassan. After my delivery address posed an issue when trying to place my order, Hassan was able to not only respond within a matter of hours, but also rectify the problem and provide me an invoice and weblink to make payment. Despite being in the Scottish Highlands, and an oversized order, the delivery arrived in under 48 hours from point of order, which is impressive!
Would happily reccomend and use again in the future.

Disgraceful Customer Service
Customer Service isn't good enough.. I opened an account and phoned for some tech information and they said they`d email me back, which I thought was weird.. I`ve tried to call them several times the system cuts the call, the one time after I got through to someome they were pretty blunt and basically put the phone down. Very weird behaviour

Problems with FedEx but UltraLEDs quickly sorted it !
They've sent the LED tile trims quickly, but FedEx messed up and failed to deliver for a couple of days, not even showing up when they said they would. I've reached to UltraLEDs, spoke to Jack, and he immediately sent out a urgent shipment with another set of trims, which arrived the day after. Impeccable response from UltraLEDs to a carrier issue. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Purchased a driver and a 5m LED strip…
Purchased a driver and a 5m LED strip light. The quality was far superior to the lights I used previously. They were more expensive from this site but the quality is night and day and worth the extra cost. Delivery was nice a quick.

Fabulous lights
I bought the LED lights to go under coving. It has remote control and an app. They are brilliant and were a very reasonable price.
They arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

No response to TWO sales queries.
Contacted this company TWICE having sent them a list of requirements and related questions concerning my LED lighting project. Zero response on both occasions. UNFORGIVABLE!!
If they can't be bothered to respond to potential customers at the sales stage, I can only imagine their attitude after they have your money. Ultra poor service from Ultra LEDs.

I can’t recommend Ultra LED’s enough, and the main reason for that is Tom Humphreys . He is the reason I continue to use this company. From day one, he has gone above and beyond what you would expect – nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s always willing to help, no matter how big or small the query.
Tom’s knowledge of the products is excellent, and he takes the time to make sure everything is right for your needs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Tom does exactly that. He is reliable, approachable, and always available to provide support when needed.
In short, Tom is a real credit to Ultra LED’s and the reason I highly recommend them. Service like this makes all the difference, and it’s why I’ll continue to use the company in the future.
