I contacted Ultraframe to seek advice concerning a problem with my conservatory roof. David Bradley,
Technical Support Team Leader, responded quickly to my email and was very helpful, providing much needed reassurance.

We had an extension built by Ultraframe about 6 years ago with a Livinroof.

We had a leak for a period off and on and Mick and his colleague Vernon attended on a number of occasions eventually curing the problem. We have also had a number of minor faults which needed attention and these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Overall we have been pleased with the warranty service. Mick and Vernon have always been pleasant and courteous and attended to matters promptly.

Great all round experience with using Ultraframe for our extension. Thank you for Gary’s help with the build, looks fantastic and would def recommend due to the speed of build, quality of materials and the finished look. Thanks Ed and Ginge

As a company that relies on lots of conservatory parts for repairs we regularly use Ultraframe and always receive prompt & helpful service and advice from Shannon and all staff at Ultraframe

I have a rectangular conservatory and orangery located at the rear of my bungalow in Rossendale that incorporate a glazed half hipped roof and a glazed hipped roof designed and fabricated by Ultraframe(UK) Ltd.

Unfortunately, during maintenance to the tiled roof of the bungalow, a metal object was accidentally dropped and significantly damaged one of the glazed roof panels on the adjacent conservatory.

I wish to register my gratitude to Ultraframe(UK) Ltd, and, in particular to Lucia Witcombe for speedily providing me with drawings illustrating the measured sizes of the glazing panels plus the manufacturer of the blue tinted glass to effectively repair the conservatory roof.

In addition, Lucia also provided me with similar drawings for the glazed panels associated with the orangery roof as an insurance in case of a similar occurrence with this structure.

It is both gratifying and reassuring to know that Ultraframe(UK) Ltd take customer care seriously.

Several years ago we purchased a conservatory from Ultraframe which we have been very pleased with. Since then any issues we had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by Mick Sharp. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Wendland Roof Lantern supplied for a flat roof. I think Ultraframe might have merged or bought them out.
Either way the product was of good quality. My specific experience was I required some replacement parts 1 year after supply and fitting and the company were happy to send out the bits on the house quickly which was much appreciated. Thank you to Chloe and the team there.

Just received our first ordered roof from Ultraframe, unfortunately there were a few items missing from the picked packs including internal claddings x4 at over 3mtrs each so hard to miss. that said after dealing with Lucia Witcombe our Customer development manager and the customer care team, missing parts were dispatched and received next day to allow the installation to be completed on time, so well done ultraframe, (and Lucia)
