When i asked to return the eqipment for a refund they stoped answering my emails but they did still try to take money from my account what a con and i still want to return the equipment for a refund

Dear Lisa Mouza,
1. Our product does work for live UK TV as explained to you on the phone. We checked our router was proving you with the UK IP (our only job) which allows you to then use the UK apps on your smart TV to watch live and catch up UK TV. We provided advice on how to do this and as we didn’t here back from you assumed you had got your TV working (your job).
2. When you called, we were not rude to you, just astounded that someone would buy a product without reading what they are buying.
3. When you bought the product, you set up the monthly payment not us, therefore it is you who must cancel it if you no longer require the service. You do this by logging in with the email and password you created and clicking on “cancel my subscription”.
4. You at first requested a refund but after that we spoke on the phone and you have not since requested any refund. Please read the terms and conditions and FAQs on our site which you really should have taken the trouble to before ordering something you didn’t know what is was then complaining at us for providing exactly what you ordered. Had you done so you would have saved us both a lot of trouble.
Great service
I have been using the UK TVRouter for some years and can vouch for its reliability (provided you have a sufficiently fast broadband). Anything goes wrong and the team are quick to put it right. I am highly satisfied and would recommend it to others.

Very helpful and the service does what it says.
Very helpful, answering lots of technical questions. Also went out of their way to provide me with their last modem with the specification I needed.
Finally, and most importantly, the VPN service is fast, and does what they promise.

Whilst I was lead to believe that with 4speed download internet the uktv router would be fine to date this has not been the case. I will continue to monitor what is going on and then I can be more explicit

What can I say except we’ll done great job . While others said it can’t be done Uk tv or internet Paul took over my problem. After he went the extra mile and sourced a local dish fitter we were up and running very quickly. Great job Great service
