It’s working well at the moment hopefully it will continue…it’s halved the internet speed but I swap over if I need higher speeds…it’s absolutely g8 to keep up with the news in uk …makes you realise you have made the correct choice to be here ..!!! Thanks

Hi Paul, thanks for the review. Are you able to use all the TV services with no buffering. Anything over 5Mbps is enough to stream 4K TV.
A VPN will always reduce the speed normally the maximum VPN speed is 70-80 Mbps irrespective off your ISP. This is however enough to run about 20 TVs 😁

Good service
I appreciated the introduction phone call. The instructions were simple and clear enough to follow. The pack arrived when indicated. I found I have not needed the ROKU after the initial set up and needed to set the router after I had updated the tv itself. I had hoped to be able to link to my laptop and\or phone as well but haven't found a system yet.

Great Product & Support
Prompt delivery - very easy setup and works great. Only slight issue is that C4 doesn’t work with a Firestick ( but apparently fine with a Roku 👍 )

UK TV Router install
Communication to and fro from UK TV was excellent. The router arrived on time and was up and working within minutes. Great produce which serves our purpose of watching tv from the UK in Vancouver, Canada

Region setting is crucial!
Works very well (but not until you change the Region setting on your TV to the UK - only then can you access the apps for the designated country).

So far no problems....all going well..
So far no problems....all going well... Works as described.... Only quibble the footprint of the delivery was awful.... Order from UK.... But delivery came flying from Alicante Spain via Germany to Nantes France ... Then by van to me.... Maybe you can improve on this

Hi there, sorry but we are a customer of DHL Express and have no control over there processes, normally they are 24 hrs in Europe but sometimes they fail. Apologies from us but out of our control I'm afraid.
The review is actully meant to be of our product, not DHLs service!!
