Set up quite easy.
Would help less tech knowledgeable to say how to connect Receiver to router (go to Settings,….. etc) and which option (4G / 5G / either) to choose.
So far downloads are about 50% success first time. Often have to retry.

Router arrived quickly and worked
Router arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Worked straightaway. Then had a power cut in house and router stopped working. However support was very quick and we got the router reset and working quickly

Helpful, cost effective and easy peasy
Very helpful in explaining options.
All done through website and equipment arrived promptly. Dead easy to set up... was up and running with TV in minutes.
Only suggestion should be that they only provided a Cat 5 cable replaced that with a Cat 6.
Two days in so cannot commit on reliability...

Excellent product, works well
Excellent product, rapidly despatched, easy to install and works a treat. One Netflix warning about use of VPN so far. On a couple of occasions responses to enquiries have been slow, or non-existent.

Easy peasey
The whole process was really straightforward. The router arrived by courier in around 4 days. I then plugged it in to my existing router and it was active within 2 minutes. I checked that the service was shown as London as clearly instructed. It was then just a matter of looking for the new network and putting in the password on all our devices. Great service.

Great product and super customer service and aftersales…. I had a bit of a problem
at first but almost immediately after sending an email I got a phone call and the problem was explained and resolved…
