Worst company I've ever used..
They have been awful from start to finish. They finished 3 hours work in 8 hours and charged double.
They destroyed two very expensive pieces of artwork and refused to give us any compensation and said i need to pay £300 to insurance company to get access. Their customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. I've spent 2 days on the phone to them trying to get bits sorted and they have been terrible at every point. I have never experienced such a bad costumer service in my life. Not only is one person saying completely different things to another but also they are really rude, impolite and aggressive on the phone.
If you want to avoid any stress, just book it with another company.
