I ordered a computer from ukgamingcomputers and the delivery was excellent and more importantly the product is amazing.

Very cheap for the RIG that I bought, I highly recommend the product and the website is very easy to navigate.

Buying a new pc is a daunting task for most people, and when you are upgrading a gaming pc for your son, you want to get it right first time. UK Gaming Computers (UKGC) offered us endless support and assistance, with the utmost patience and time, because we asked so many questions before we ordered to make sure we got it right. Plenty of expert guidance on what would go together to suit our requirements, followed by great service and a pc arriving in good time. We would definitely recommend UKGC for fututre pc needs.

I often go there for things to do with computers. It is a place for people who like computers and games. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Anyone who wants to build their machines must go here.

They made the experience of buying a gaming computer for my grandson very easy, liked the big screen in the shop that show all the items we wanted to look at clearly,
They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the product and helped us make the purchase with no pressure

I bought a PC from these guys in 2013, and had it upgraded by them in 2017. Computer's been great, cable management amazing no technical issues etc etc. Reasonably priced upgrade and support at the time.

But what happened today really blew me away. I just moved house and had to transport the PC around the country a few times (old flat to my parents' house and then back into new one). When I finally got settled and tried to set it up, the PC wouldn't load. Did some trouble shooting myself, but couldn't fix it.

Bare in mind that these guys have had no money from me in 5 years, but I thought I'd email them and maybe send it in to get checked out. Had a back and forth email conversation with George at UKGC who talked me through troubleshooting, and managed to fix it. Didn't cost me a penny, and he wouldn't accept any being sent across telling me they're serious about doing lifetime support.

Such a great company! Can absolutely recommend!

When i eventually when found out my pc that was out for repairs was delivered to Uk gaming computers was very helpful and gave me all the information i needed even though i was not the best with it,Unfortunately i was just outside the warrarenty but however i was happy to a fair and honest pay amount that i did in the end they helped with my needs and they did it promptly also charged me fairly for upgrading ssd and made sure my pc was healthy ,the only thing that was was weird though was ups didnt track properly so i had to check my profile on uk gaming to make sure it made which it did thankfully!

anyway definately would recommend 10/10

I'm a dubious online shopper but the experience was positive. we ordered a build your own pc. When they realised when had selected incompatible parts they contacted us and explained what we could do. We upgraded the parts and continued with the order. Every update was exactly as described on their website. Unfortunately the courier cant follow instructions (clearly written on the box) and keep the pc upright. Despite this the pc looks great, is extremely quiet and performance is great. Ordered mid July and ready for despatch early Aug.

I am really happy with the product and experience to date. The automated system sent updates during the build process and the team always picked up the phone quickly and answered any questions I had. Overall - very happy.

I love my new PC. the team were super helpful whenever I called for an update (I’m very impatient) and it came quickly. It’s beautiful and runs fantastically.

When my 14yr old asked for a gaming PC for his birthday I was suddenly very aware that I was out of touch with what was needed. I found UK gaming computers online and read their reviews. I am so glad I did, from my initial call I was filled with confidence. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell anything. They listened to what my son wanted, discussed budget, made adaptations where necessary and designed the best pc for him. The information on timescales etc was informative and clear.

Following the sale I had a question about something and again the response was prompt, and helpful.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough. They clearly know their stuff and my son (who is a stereotypical teenager) was also very impressed!

UKGC are the best on the market. I finally made the plunge from console gaming to PC and i did extensive research into whats what and whose who, and UKGC were fantastic.

In the end i went for the "Enforcer" as a starting point and upgraded most of the system from there on their website, with a few phone calls to their team asking for their recommendations. In the end i changed the case, upgraded the RAM, SSD's, GPU, added some RGB (because who wouldnt want that right?) to fit my needs and desires.

From the start with my enquiring into which system would fit my playstyle, the team there had extensive and immediate knowledge and were very thorough in helping me get the absolute best for my budget, without upselling and trying to get me to pay more for something that i perhaps wouldn't need or utilise fully. This to me was a huge selling point, as lots of companies just try to get you to spend as much as possible, and this approach was both refreshing and built up my trust with the company.

The integrity of this company would be great for anyone else looking to get into PC gaming but aren't the most technically proficient people, and the personal touch of just being a phone call away without having to sit in long phone queue was an added bonus.

Throughout my ordering process i was emailed at every stage of the build process which further put my mind at ease.

Upon receiving my PC, the build quality was immediately apparent. It had been very well packaged to avoid any possible damage. The cable management was top notch, and the system itself runs like a dream, running all my games at ultra settings.

I did have a slightly query with the team, as i decided to install windows myself, and they were more than happy to help over the phone.

Spending large a large quantity of money on a PC can be daunting, but UKGC made the entire process as stress-less and reassuring as possible, and i would recommend to anyone without a shadow of a doubt.

I will not remove my review, as it is a fair reflection of my opinion of this company and the experience I received as a customer. I also believe in free speech and the importance of the rights of consumers to be fully informed before spending their hard earned money. I have however, edited the review to make it clearer and more simple in regards to my specific case.

The problem that caused my initial complaint:

I had a horrendous experience with this company after purchasing a gaming computer for my son. The spec was based on advice they gave over the phone. I advised them that my son wanted to play Fortnite online with his friends. The machine never worked properly for any extended period of time, with blue screen crashes, boot failures and black screen complete death.

After lots of phone calls I was asked to open the case and reseat the RAM. BEWARE - this will void your warranty in their eyes despite their request to do it, and the machine being faulty within the warranty period.

They had no idea what the fault was, and also got us to reinstall windows and swap out peripherals. Eventually they conceded defeat and I had to return the machine at my cost.

The next problem was that they had decided the spec of the machine didn’t work, the tech support guy advised that they no longer offered that build as it had proven problematic (combined graphics card) and told me I’d need to upgrade. I paid an extra £500 for dedicated graphics card and more RAM, they replaced a board at their cost.

Machine worked fine for a short while, then the same issues again. Random intermittent boot problems and crashing. I stupidly blamed my son as it happened after he reinstalled latest drivers for the new graphics card. Tech support agreed and had me install software to strip it all off and start again. It didn’t cure the problem. The tech guy said he was intrigued and would like to have the machine to test. I sent it back again at my cost. Due to work commitments and my son giving up and going back to his PlayStation, it was several months after the machine had been returned when I got around to it. Had to buy a box online to ship it in etc.

Tech support decided it was faulty RAM, fixed it and sent me a bill. Warranty was invalid due to the case being opened and they claimed it was a NEW fault due to the time involved despite the same symptoms shortly after the first fix.

Then started the most bizarre ‘customer service’ I have ever experienced when I complained. Eventually suspecting a rogue manager, I contacted the owner and got the same appalling attitude. They went to great lengths to belittle me, whilst demonstrating their legal and moral superiority. Anyone who knows anything about good customer service knows that you don’t quote policy at a complaining customer.

After the machine was finally fixed, They charged me £60 for 1hrs labour and said the rest was goodwill. My comment was that the machine hadn't worked properly since purchase, and that I felt the £60 should have been waived. This is the point at which the experience deteriorated to the worst level of customer service I have ever encountered.

My complaint with the company's manager and owner was all about their attitude and unwillingness to accept that the machine had never worked since purchase, and that they had not taken into account the original build spec, that had since been discontinued due to know issues.

Let me be clear that my Trustpilot review and rating is a result of the attitude of both the tech support manager and the owner since the fault was resolved. They hide behind T's & C's, quote policies and refer to emails they have sent as a reason for not verbally informing you of anything over the phone. This includes charges incurred, and their determination that your warranty is void.

My negative experience and this review could easily have been avoided by UK Gaming Computers simply recognising that my experience with them was not good. Unfortunately, they decided not to

I ordered from UKGC a few weeks ago, and so far I couldn’t be happier with my new PC! The build quality is amazing, and I feel like the service they offer is really decent!

Having purchased my previous gaming computer through UK Gaming Computers 11 years ago I was so impressed with the service and reliability I decided to upgrade to the Enforcer. It hasn’t disappointed, I have been impressed with the quality of the graphics, the quiet and smooth running and overall gaming experience. It has completely surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Whole process was logical, systematic and reassuring. Including excellent website, communication during the build, information on shipping and dates, instructions on how to unpack and install PC. As well as quality of PC. Would recommend.

My recent purchase of a W.O.W based computer with a few personal upgrades really is a Wow , the service and build time was excellent and i liked being informed every step of the way, set up was easy and fully explained, Anyone thinking of a new computer should give them a serious look , very easy to chat to them and help with your own requirements, I highly recommend their computers and service.

Fantastic product and service this is the 3rd gaming computer we have brought for my son from UK gaming computer upgrading each time. The first one brought some 10+ years ago is still going stronge as it was passed on to his cousin who loves it. The service was excellent as always was kept informed about the progress of the build and delivery with out having to ask all round great experience.my son is now 18 and can afford to pay for his own computer and I am sure he will stick with UK gaming.x

Amazing service!! As a middle aged mum who knows nothing about gaming PC’s (or even computers in general) the task of getting an excited 11yr and old wannabe gaming you-tuber something with the wow factor seems daunting to say the least….. yet here I am 4weeks down the line, having ordered, upgraded and put together it all with no issues whatsoever!!!
Great easy to use website with perfect explanations of what all the parts are for. Great communication and updates whilst the order was being completed, and fab guides on setting up! Thankyou so much! I have one happy happy boy!!!
All of this, and massive value for money in comparison to what you would get from high street chains!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
