Unparalleled service from a brilliant local builder
Absolutely delighted with my experience at UKGC. I've been a customer for a while having had my own PC built by them previously, and the service remains unparalleled. Kain was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of speccing and ordering a new build for my husband, guiding us through our options and configuring everything exactly how we wanted it. Communication was excellent, turnaround was quick, and the finished PC has been flawless since day one. Cannot recommend UKGC highly enough and will definitely be back for future upgrades.
UKGC Tungsten Next Day Gaming PC
Fantastic service extremely well packaged and protected worked great straight out of the box i am very impressed
Simple. Effective. What I needed.
Easier to select what you wanted and customise if you wish. Came expertly packaged and on time. Customer service has been great so far, loving the new machine.

The graphics card never worked
The graphics card never worked and when requested to return it with no supplied packaging claimed it was damaged in transit and if we need it returning it will cost me for the time spent trying to get it to work (when damaged!) and for delivery! So I have a computer that can do nothing!!! Would have given zero stars if it had been an option

Ethan was excellent he helped with my sons PC he diagnosed the issue with his system instantly.
Perfect delivery
Perfect delivery, same service as the first time I used them too. Nice and fast + always happy to help with small queries or concerns like simple tech questions for those who may need the extra help.
Such as myself haha
Very happy with my new gaming PC
Very happy with my new gaming PC, turned up on time and in one piece. Lots of emails telling me the state of my order and its delivery. I generally play Skyrim and various versions of Fallout and its nicely over powered for these games.
Great service
Great service, configurable options via the online system are fantastic. You can customise almost any part of the machine, and very competitive price
Excellent build, good communication. I like them!
Spent ages deciding which company to use for my new computer. Primary uses are gaming and photo work. Eventually picked on UKGC and customised their Medusa build. I had some questions about my changes and was easily able to speak to someone. They had a good knowledge of their stock and suggested a couple of changes which worked well. Placed the order using their website which made it easy to do the customising. Note you can't pick anything, eg - at the time I was only able to get NVidia based graphic cards, you have to go with their selection of choices. But then they know its a combination which works. The build was supposed to take up to 10 working days. In the end it was nearly double that which is why I dropped a star but I knew it was a busy time given the end of Windows 10 so junk yards the world over were getting filled with PCs. However, I had lots of communication as to the build progress - in the end 9 emails - and I could track it online. They have a clever way of doing their warranty. You have to open the case on arrival to remove packing but then you have to install a tamper proof sticker as a seal on the case and upload a picture of proof for the warranty to be activated. This doesn't mean I can never go in the case again but I must talk to UKGC first to discuss my needs. I have now been using the PC for just over 2 months. I have had no issues with it at all. Worked first time straight out the box and was able to reconfigure all the drives how I like to work them, Overall I am delighted with what I got and relatively speaking I think UKGC are excellent value for money. Would be high on my list for a future purchase.
Bought a Enforcer
Bought a Enforcer - Battlefield 6 Gaming PC to replace my HP laptop. Fantastic replacement has made everything quicker and quieter - once I'd worked out that the included ASUS fan/light software Armoury Crate is a bit buggy and not required. Standard windows and some freeware replacements sorted it out. I'm really pleased with it. Service from UK Gaming Computers was excellent. Lots of comms to keep me up to date and a great price. I would recommend them.
Amazing service and gaming build
The custom built gaming PC team put my order together quickly even though it was a very busy time of year. They gave me a great price on a build I had seen elsewhere, and made a really smart looking gaming computer for my son's present to my specifications, helping me choose a case and lighting components. Great graphics on his game of the moment (Arc Raiders), and even Roblox looks insane. Thanks again!
Stay well away
Ordered a custom watercooling pc at a cost of £6,415 its was ordered on 30 th of september it didnt arived untill 9 th of december not the companys fault as some item were out of stock. But was not told this had to keep emailing them to find out whats was happening then there was a faulty cpu again i was not told this had to email again to find out what was happening with the system as i was told it will be shipped out that week. Then was told it will be shipped out last 2weeks of november this came and went had to get my mum to phone them and threaten them with legal action as they havent sent mu system out turns out that they hadvto order another cpu as they couldnt overclock the one they had. But i again they didnt noteify me of this took a phone call to find this out. Finaly the system was shipped out on 8th of december but they did tell me it comes on a pallet as it weighs 60 kgs only found that out when i asked them if my system was ready yet i exspland to them i had a liver transplant and im disabiled and live in sheltered housing cant do any heavy liftting they said they would add a note to the company that will deliver it. Low and behold they did not do this so i had to phone the delivery company to let them know and was told that is a kerbside delivery only luckly i got a very nice understanding lady who went out of her way to phone my local delivery depo to ask if the driver could help me with it to my flat luckly the driver said that would be ok. Opon seting up my system i noticed only 1 ssd was detected i had ordered 4 ssd's so i phoned them this the person answered was the guy that builded my system he proceded to swear at me and started to be verbal aggresive that the ssd's have been added to my system they just need to be actived surely if you pay someone almost £6,500 they would do all this for you i called them at 17.56 and trying to exsplane im not very techical minded he said he would email me a guide to show me how to do this and just hanged up think he was on a rush to get home. I also added a 5 inch screen monitor of monitoring temps no driver was installed it was a china brand so there website was very confusing finaly got it to work after 3 hours!!!! tring diffrant things.SO I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM
Your search for who to build your Custom PC is over!
Knowing how frustrated I was with my aging PC, when my Father died recently, his wish was that I use most of the money he left me, to build my dream computer.
Understanding I would likely never be in a financial position to do this again, I spent almost two months not only thoroughly researching every single component I wanted to go into this build, but just as importantly, who I would chose to build it for me.
That was by far the most stressful part of my search. Reading through the reviews for all the so called big name "top" PC building companies, was frightening, because for every few great 5* reviews, came a massive 1* horror story, sufficiently horrific to leave me utterly confused, with zero confidence in who to trust.
Fortunately, I tried one more search for "top rated" Custom PC companies, which mercifully led me to UK Gaming Computers. From the moment I read through their reviews, both on site, and at trustpilot, I knew that my search was over.
From my experience with UKGC, I would go as far as to say that they are not simply the BEST company you should consider to build your new custom PC -- but the ONLY one.
From my very first enquiry email, UKGC's customer service was absolutely top notch. I had extremely specific requirements, having invested weeks of research into every part that I wanted to go into my new build, many of which were not listed on their system configurator. They were more than happy to accommodate my requests, and ordered in anything they didn't have especially for my unique bespoke build.
The beauty of dealing with UKGC, is how incredibly responsive they are. Emails (for which there were many) were always replied to within a few hours at most, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They do not employ sales staff, so whenever you contact them, you know that you are always speaking directly with the same engineers who will be working on your system.
In my experience, unlike so many other companies, phone calls to UKGC were always answered within two or three rings, without fail. You know you can always get hold of them when you need to.
Another bonus, if you ever needed it, is that unlike many faceless corporations who can get away with poor customer service by hiding behind unreturned emails and overseas call centre staff you can barely understand -- with UKGC, they even have their own showroom in Colchester, where you can actually visit in person, and speak directly with the companies management and engineers.
As for the final product itself, it was worth every penny of the north of £3.5k I invested in it. Due to the fact that every component that went into it had to be best in class, it actually worked out less expensive than if I had bought them all and built it myself. Not to mention that I'd have missed out on their industry leading SIX YEAR warranty.
The very few negative reviews I have seen for UKGC mainly came from people who had clearly not bothered to read through the information they provide on site when you go through the order process. Once your order is placed, there is a clearly defined cycle they work through, where at each point, you will receive notification that your build has entered the next phase. From payment processed, to parts allocated, to build complete and onto testing, then the excitement of arranging the delivery of your new masterpiece. :)
Communication is spot on all the way through the initial questions and purchase, all they ask is that once the build commences, you respectfully give them the time and space to get on with it, without keep asking for updates. You will get an update every time your new machine passes through one of the checkpoints along its journey to completion.
Having said that, if you need to make any changes to your order whilst it is underway, they are again very understanding and responsive. For example, a few days into my build, I suddenly realised that I was going to need 64GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM for my AI workflows, rather than the 32GB I'd ordered. Not a problem. Simply paid for the upgrade over the phone, and that was that.
The final product was a masterpiece of computer engineering. Absolutely immaculate, and of the finest build quality. The only issue I had, which almost knocked half a star off my rating, was unfortunately, the wrong Graphics Card was put into my build. To be clear, when I say "wrong", it was still an RTX 5070ti, and under the hood where it counts, it was a virtually identical card in every way (including price) to the MSI version I'd ordered, just was a Gigabyte instead (still a top notch card).
However as soon as I spoke to Kain about this, he immediately offered to swap it. I just didn't want to let my new pride and joy out of my sight, so stuck with the Gigabyte. So more great customer service keeps the 5*'s intact.
You'll not find a better PC company. :)
Hope nothing breaks.
I initially had high hopes for this PC — the build quality at first looked great and the system performed well. Unfortunately, everything fell apart once I needed support.
After the water-cooling system leaked coolant onto the graphics card and ruined it — a failure that shouldn’t happen in the first place — I sent the PC back for repair. That’s when the real frustration started. Communication was awful, updates were rare or unclear, and they ended up holding my computer for nearly THREE MONTHS to replace a graphics card and the water coolant block.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of empathy from customer service. Despite the issue clearly stemming from the build itself, I was told the damage wasn’t covered because the PC was 1 & 1/2 years old and outside the 1-year parts warranty. No flexibility, no ownership of the problem, and no concern for how long they had my system.
Overall, the initial build impressed me — but the customer service was genuinely terrible. The build fell apart after 1 & 1/2 years. Great company IF nothing goes wrong with your system. If I had known my experience would have been this bad with the company after the initial build. I would've gone somewhere else.
So happy with my new PC!
The guys at UKGC really know there stuff and are very polite and helpful. You get to meet the owners if you visit the premises and not just 'a member of staff'.
We are over the moon with our new gaming PC and we will be recommending UKGC to our friends and family.
Cerberus Extreme PC – Great machine, but disappointing communication and follow-up
I recently purchased the Cerberus Extreme PC from UK Gaming Computers and received it last Tuesday. The PC itself is fantastic, it looks great, runs smoothly, and performs brilliantly in everything I’ve thrown at it so far. The build quality is solid, and it handles demanding software like Autodesk Fusion with ease (though I do notice a slight buzzing noise from the case when moving my mouse, but it’s likely nothing serious).
However, my experience with customer service and communication was disappointing. The turnaround time took the full 10 working days, which is fair, but I was told I’d receive regular updates throughout the process, in reality, I only got two emails: one confirming that parts were allocated and another saying the system had shipped. When I called at the start of week two to see if I could upgrade to priority build so I’d have it ready for the weekend, I was advised it wasn’t necessary but it ended up being delayed and shipped the following Monday.
Another point that really should be made clearer is that if you pay via PayPal or finance, you cannot collect your PC in person. I live only about 10 minutes from the store, so it felt unnecessary to have it shipped instead of just picking it up myself.
Finally, a major disappointment was the RTX Borderlands 4 bundle. A week after receiving my PC, I still haven’t received my game code. When I asked, I was told it could take up to two weeks to arrive by email, which is frustrating. I specifically chose that bundle for Borderlands 4, and I’ve since ended up buying my own copy as I’ve lost faith that I’ll ever receive the one that was promised.
Overall, the PC itself is fantastic, but the lack of communication, delays, unclear policies, and missing game reward really let the experience down. If UK Gaming Computers improved their customer communication and followed through on promotions, they’d easily be a 5-star company.
Staff are knowledgeable and helpful
Ethan is alwasy happy to help transport the computer from the car to the counter, happy to answer the 1000 random questions I have about the computer and the various components and always provides lovely customer service with superb knowledge. He custom built the computer, and had continuously upgraded it and fixed it when required. He has immense knowledge of the PC and its components.
Great company
I recently purchased a high-end computer from UKGC and I’m extremely impressed. The customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. The computer itself is outstanding: beautifully built, fast, and reliable. Definitely worth the investment, and I highly recommend UKGC for both their products and service.
Excellent service
I recently purchased a desktop computer from UK Gaming Computers and I’m really impressed. The build quality is excellent, and everything was set up perfectly right out of the box. Communication during the ordering process was clear and prompt. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend UK Gaming Computers to anyone looking for a custom-built PC.
